This was my wife and I second time staying there this year. You can’t beat having your own private beach in your backyard and being so close to everything in Yarmouth.

What a Beautiful stay it was!! So relaxing, peaceful and the views of the Ocean were Spectacular!! The sand was so soft, the sunrises, sunsets and rainbows during the rain were meditative. The host was very helpful in making everything go smooth so that my time was spent on rest and relaxation-just what I needed!! I will definitely be back!!

The location of this cottage is perfect—truly right on the beach and we enjoyed the retro feel of the place. The living room is really nice for hanging out when you need to get out of the sun too given all the windows and has a table perfect for board games. We really enjoyed the location and ended up just staying in the house and on the beach as much as we could during our stay. We just got take out and ate on the deck each night since it was so relaxing—just need to watch out for seagulls trying to steal your food! Highly recommend!

This was a great spot on the beach in South Yarmouth. We loved the vintage interior, bright colors, cool ocean breezes, and comfortable furniture. The open living space and panoramic view of the ocean was delightful. Our favorite part was walking out the back door and being so close to the water as well as sleeping to the soothing sounds of the surf. It was a fun stay, and we hope to return next summer!

I will apologize right away for being so late with this review.The house was magnificent, I expected nothing less. It was immaculate. Clean, neat and tidy, and of course, The Ocean right in front of me. The property is magnificent, and if you don’t take the chance of going to see this particular spot, you’re missing out on something incredibly special. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. They are always a phone call or a text away. If I had to put my finger on something to criticize, the only thing I could think of is that the ice cube trays were only half full I will be back again, and thank you for having me one more time.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

This place may be a bit on the smaller side, but trust me when I tell you, it “punches way above its weight class“. The art deco theme that is maintained throughout the house is stellar, and upon entering, I actually chuckled out loud because I wasn’t really expecting it. They are sliding glass doors through the entire property on both sides as well as the back. You are literally at high tide, 10 feet from the ocean. Everything was magnificent in this house, I have actually rented again for a week in the summer before I even got home from this weekend. I didn’t leave the house at all on Sunday, I switched between sitting on the steps and watching the ocean and sitting at the kitchen table and watching the ocean. It was truly an amazing trip, and I cannot wait to go back.

Lovely

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

The property was clean and charming. But the view... worth every penny. Absolutely gorgeous with a deck and private beach. We went in October when it was less busy but still mild out. The power went out one night (through no fault of the property, there was nearby road work and they hit an underground power line) and Dawn was helpful and communicative until it was restored.

We are attorneys in the Boston area but spend most of the summers on Cape with our 5 children. We all love cape cod, the ocean and beach. We purchased this beach house in 2012 (had my eye on it for years :) We have also owned two neighboring oceanfront homes on this same street since 2001 with a proud unblemished record of delighted vacationers. We assure you that this is a high quality accommodation, a clean, comfortable and gorgeous oceanfront property, a perfect location for Cape Cod vacationing. Feel free to also read the rave reviews posted about our properties next door, which is the same great location, on our listings at VRBO homeaway listings #105984 and #105982. Beware-- Once you rent oceanfront on Cape Cod, you'll never go back inland or even to the Bay side. Enjoy these warmer waters and gorgeous views!

Once you go Oceanfront, you never go back!! Can't ask for a better vacation spot right on the Ocean with a private beach and a short stroll to restaurants and many activities! Free use of our double ocean kayak--if you are bringing a child it is large enough to ride a 3rd person(child) in the center. Short stroll to a playground with swings on the beach, restaurants, water park, watersports rental, parasail, jet ski, boats. This is an Oceanfront dream home, great for either romantic gettaway or family vacation fun.

Private sandy beach and private deck directly on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Panoramic ocean views and ocean breezes! Step out and Relax on the beach in our lounge chairs or enjoy a swim in the ocean. Recently purchased furnishings, mattresses, bedding, cookware, new snow white leather sectional, Pier One rattan swing chair, and acrylic see thru dining set adorn the living room to maintain the unobstructed panoramic views. Also Free use of our double kayak to navigate in the ocean or down the Parkers River.
