This cozy bayside condo off 142nd street is on the cusp of North Ocean City and Fenwick Island in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Caine Woods. You’ll be a 2 min drive/13 min walk to the beach with ample parking and a short drive to Fenwick and Bethany. Enjoy the bay across the street, a great playground a couple blocks up, and Harpoon Hanna's one block over. This home is a lower level unit of a duplex and sleeps up to 6 guests.

Cute place. Love the beach theme. Small but not cramped. Close to the beach and restaurants. On a nice quiet road with little traffic. Great neighborhood for walks.

Great place!

We spent 4 nights here
 house was easy to find, in a perfect location. 10-15 minute walk/ 3 minute drive to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Booking and check in was super easy, host answered all questions and got back to us super fast every time. House was clean and provided everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

Beach cottage

Nice cottage feel. Great neighborhood to walk in. Quiet area, but close to everything. We stayed in May and were able to open windows but some windows didn't have screens. Very comfortable stay.

You walk into a cozy and modern space. Everything was very clean and very well put together. Lot more room than I was expecting! Definitely would come back and recommend to friends!

Mini Stay

Nice property, stayed for 3 nights. Caution when staying on the first floor, you may hear noise from the second floor. Not ideal for more than 2 adults with one small bathroom. Location is good.

Awesome stay

Owner was great when we reached out with a problem, place was welcoming and comfortable for my dad, brother and I and our dog. Very pet friendly and close enough to walk to the beach (or if you want to drive up closer there was plenty of street parking) Upstairs woke my dad up every morning because of how loud it was but I think that’s just because of the flooring. Great place, would stay again!

Three adults and two dogs

This was a lovely pet friendly first floor very clean and accommodating condo. The air conditioning was great! Easily accommodates 6 to 8 people. Nice wrap around couch and 3 tv’s. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very nice to deal with. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation!

Long weekend in Ocean City

I thought the condo was acutely described. It was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very nice. I brought my dog and walking him around was very pleasant. The owner communicated very quickly and was very helpful. However, we could hear everything from the upstairs unit and that made it difficult to get to sleep a few nights until they left.
