Jason and Tish were great hosts - their house is just as described and they were very welcoming and accommodating and had great communication throughout the trip. We definitely plan to stay again!

Peaceful neighborhood that has beautiful bay views and is an easy walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed playing some of the games that were there. The hosts were communicative and friendly.

We were in OCMD for dance nationals, and was lucky enough to find this place to lay our head down after LONG days! The host was wonderful and kept in contact with us. Check in/out was the easiest experience - can’t say enough good things about it!! 10/10 highly recommend.

I especially love the view of the bay from this property. I could sit on the deck for hours just watching the birds. There is a Blue Heron that visits every evening.
Just having a beer to relax.

Great spot on the Bay

We had a great stay. The house was clean, great views of the bay and short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They even recommended a few places to eat and events around town. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Host was very easy to communicate with. The townhouse like condo was very nice with the back deck being one of our favorite features. The only issue was that I dont think the host is getting his money's worth with the cleaning crew that comes through. There was evidence to suggest it hasnt been cleaned properly in a while. But when I told the host he was very responsive and apologized. He said he would definitely look into it. Overall was a great weekend and loved how peaceful it was in the community with a great view of evening fireworks.

Golf trip with friends

Stayed there over Memorial Day weekend with friends and the place was spotless. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and a grocery store within walking distance. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in ocean city

Great getaway

The owner was very informative about things happening in the area. This made for some great additions to our trip. I would highly recommend this property not just for the area or the cleanliness but for the renters as well.

Amazing weekend getaway!

My friends and I recently stayed at Seagrass during a festival weekend in OC, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. After our busy days, it was so refreshing to return to such a relaxing place. The place was tidy, check-in and checkout was a breeze, and Jason was a fantastic host, always prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect get away condo

This is our second time renting this condo and and we love it here! The location is perfect. Quiet on the bay with beautiful sunset views. Close to the beach and park. This place is always spotless and the owners have great communication with their guests. This place was stocked with trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper and other amenities,other places we have rented were not provided so this was a nice surprise! We already can’t wait to go back next summer!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay at SeaGrass #5. The condo is spacious and clean with beautiful views. Communication with host was great…very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed being close to everything but also enjoyed the peaceful location that the condo provides.
