We needed a pet and kid friendly stay for a single night, last minute. The host was lovely and the stay was comfortable. The kids took a quick swim and enjoyed the pool, which appeared to be in great shape. The dogs enjoyed the easy access for a walk on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the night!

Every thing was fine with the owner & the property. We had a major problem with the payment process. I contacted customer vrbo service when the 2nd payment was due. Was told it would be automaticly deducted from my credit card. It was not .After about 10 phone calls over a 2 week period between the owner, vrbo,& me the issue was never resolved. Finally I sent a check directly to the owner. This was my 1st time using vrbo for my annual stay in Ocean City Md. You can verify this by reviewing the notes in cust serv files. It was not a great experience.

The host was great to accommodate us. The house was clean and comfy. Lots of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Decorative too. There was everything you could need to stay without having to pack every essential. We loved the easy access to beach walks, the pool and the arcade. We hope to get back one day.

Great location wonderful condo great stay!

I’ve stayed at the Marylander before in a different condo and was happy enough with the experience. This condo was even better! Well supplied and decorated, comfortable for a small family, quiet dark bedroom for good sleep. We were all very happy with our stay here. Planning to return!

Great place

Condo was very nice. A little tight for 6 people and a dog but it worked. Clean place, convenient location, and great views! It would have been nice if the indoor pool was open longer (8 am to 8pm) and if the game room had more free options but overall no complaints. Justin was great too! Good communication and very responsive.

Perfect in every way!

Justin is an excellent host! Condo was clean, quiet and perfectly located to visit OC, Fenwick and Rehoboth! Our fur babies loved the Northside park -which is only 2 blocks away! It was a very safe and friendly location unlike previous stays toward the boardwalk. There was a large balcony on the same floor we could sit and eat at or just read a book and our pups could chill, the pool was warm and clean. The other families in the building were friendly and all the children were very well behaved and mannered! Condo was even more beautiful in person than the pictures show! It has everything u need to cook in! Loved our stay! Already booked again! 20 out of 10 stay! Thanks Justin to being an amazing host!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Justin

Image de profil de l’hôte
We are a family of 4 residing in Lancaster County, PA. Kayden is 14 and Layla is 3. We love our condo and put our heart, soul and hands on TLC into the details personally.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love North OCMD. The condo is across the highway from Northside Park. It's an awesome park that has concerts and weekly fireworks in the summer time on Sunday nights. Location is close enough to get anywhere within about 10-15 minutes but far enough away from all the crowds and stressful parking by the boardwalk.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are owners that show up and care for our condos hands on. The Marylander is a unique condo/hotel with amenities of a hotel (onsite manager, indoor pool, game room, sundeck, towels/sheets, toiletries, detergent) with the TLC of private owners.
