South end Tybee Beach House - proche de tout! Marcher aux magasins et restaurants

Belle maison décorée Tybee Island est parfait pour les réunions de famille, à seulement 150 mètres de la plage! Il dispose de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains, une piscine chauffée très privée avec système au sel (idéale pour le printemps / automne!). - Des frais supplémentaires peuvent être facturés), et d'un ascenseur pour faire des bagages et des provisions une brise! La chambre familiale ouverte a une "Sony TV LED 55 avec un son surround. Il ya 5 ponts / balcons pour profiter de la lecture, de détente, ou une sieste dans le hamac.

La chambre du bas a un lit queen-size, 19 "TV avec lecteur DVD, et d'une salle de bain complète reliée à la salle. A l'étage vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit king-size et une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche séparées. Chambre dispose de trois étage d'un lit queen-size, TV et lecteur DVD, et la connexion de bain complète. La quatrième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés avec un lecteur de TV et DVD.

La piscine est un grand (12 'x 27') piscine d'eau salée avec un système de pompe à chaleur .. La partie peu profonde a une "Zone Splash" (environ 6 "de profondeur) pour les enfants ou ceux qui veulent se faire bronzer tout en gardant fraîche petits. Il y a des chaises Adirondack, des chaises longues, une table de pique-nique de 9 ', une chaise de sauveteur amusante pour les "sauveteurs" au cœur, ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz fourni. En outre, un nouvellement ajouté projeté dans la salle avec une table et des chaises, balançoire et chaise longue pour les repas / détente.

Nous offrons de nombreux extras vous ne pourriez pas trouver dans juste une autre maison de plage. Par exemple, nous fournissons un panier de plage et wagon, chaises de plage, jouets, et un parapluie pour votre usage. Nous fournissons également, pour ceux qui ont un bébé, toute une gamme d’articles pour bébé: un sac à dos, une chaise haute, des sièges d'appoint portables, un petit pot, une porte voyager un peu plus léger!

The house was awesome. Fully stocked with everything you could need, close to the beach, and the backyard was amazing. We had a great time, and while a few things happened during the week, with a microwave breaking, there was a replacement delivered the very next day. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great location, excellent pool!

We loved our stay, the home is just a short walk away from a couple of beach access points and on a one way road. Reasonable walking distance to several places to the eat and shops. We opted to rent a golf cart for the week which was convenient for neighborhood rides but certainly not a necessity. The pool was awesome, large enough for 3 kids/teens and a couple of adults and it was great having that option if the kids were too tired for the beach. Great outdoor areas in general and the rooftop access was also nice. Would definitely stay again!

Home Sweet Home

Visitors at this property will enjoy the comforts and convenience of home. We enjoyed the easy trip to the beach and additional “water time” in the pool. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. A great vacation spot!

Great location! Great amenities! Great pool! This house has everything you need and want! We really enjoyed our stay. The home is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. Perfect vacation!

Great place to stay!

This property worked out wonderfully for my family’s first visit to Tybee! The hosts were extremely responsive to my inquiries. The house had numerous amenities. The pool area was perfect especially since double red flags flew most of the week at the beach. Thanks for the rental. We made some great memories!

Great location

The home was beautiful and perfect size for two families of 4. The house was a quick one block distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The partially shaded pool was beautiful and perfect after a long, hot day at the beach! I would recommend renting golf carts to enjoy driving around Tybee and checking out the area... free parking for gold carts!

Best rental on Tybee!

We had the best spring break vacation on Tybee! This house has absolutely everything you need, even for small children. The house is decorated so nice and is very clean. The heated salt water pool was a big hit! The location is wonderful! two blocks from down town shopping and eating and the beach is just down the street from the house. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We live in Atlanta and enjoy going to Tybee to escape from all of the traffic and fast-paced life that surrounds Atlanta. We have 2 girls that love going to the beach. We love the laid back atmosphere and small town charm of Tybee. We decided to purchase a home on Tybee Island due to the fact that we kept going back there for our family vacations because we enjoyed it so much.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose our beach house because of its convenient location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pier for fishing. It's so nice to be able to walk or bike when going to shops or going out to eat. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. We also liked the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the perfect size for our families getting together.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We put a pool in after we bought the beach house and has been a great way to cool off in the Summer. It's also great when the months are cooler, we just turn on the pool heater and enjoy! The backyard is very private, shaded and a great place to gather to grill out and relax. We later screened in a portion of the garage for an outdoor living area where you can relax and watch TV with a cool beach breeze without the worry of any pests. We have plenty of parking as well - 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, 1 on the side parking pad large enough for an RV or trailer.
