Welcome to Sunny Slope Escape, a lakefront home built for days outdoors and time together. Follow the path to the Greers Ferry Lake shoreline for swimming or time by the water, then return to the deck for a meal from the grill.

The open main level brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. It also has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and access to the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs, a second living area gives your group room to spread out. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom are on this level, along with access to the playground, fire pit, and path to the shoreline.

Family of 4 with 2 small children and we loved it. The kids enjoyed the private playground as well as the toys provided at the home. This house is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone.

The house is fantastic! On the water with a good view. The only down side is that there is NO blinds or shades in the bedrooms so u will be an early riser like it or not. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful property with beautiful views and spacious living for a larger group. The sun comes through some bedrooms with no curtains, but they provided masks. It was extremely hot (100 degrees) when we stayed, and while the downstairs air worked great, the upstairs had a bit of a hard time keeping it cool until later at night. Overall, a beautiful property.

We loved this house and the view. We had our family Christmas here and can’t wait to return. Lots of room and amenities. The host is wonderful to work with.

Great weekend getaway

The house accommodated all of our family. It’s a beautiful house in a great location on the lake. The kids enjoyed jumping off the cliffs, swimming in the lake, and making s’mores at the fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay

I would have to say, it was one of the most relaxing weekend vacations we have ever had. Lots of room for the kids to play. Beautiful place to stay and the scenery all around was nice. Melanie was very nice and pleasant to talk with. We will definitely go back.

Inside of home was beautiful and clean, exactly as in photos. Outdoor areas were not as pictured, especially fire pit, “path” to water, and cliffs/rocks for water access- specifically inaccurate was the property line. Photos online are misleading and include much of Neighbors property. There is no clear path to water. Fire pit is damaged and unusable. Our portion of cliffs was included in the very edge of the online photo, and was overgrown with trees.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would rate our experience a solid 4 to 4.5. I can’t rate it any higher due to there were no window coverings for the entire home. I don’t mind the living areas but definitely would prefer coverings in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also the A/C needs improvement and better access to the lake from the house. Overall lovely place very quiet and spacious and will definitely consider staying there in the future.

beautiful home some opportunities

The home is new and great. we had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 drive/day and the code didnt work and we couldnt get in for some time. access was a problem. The wifi doesnt work. we complained several times but it never got working. Most important, it is a new property and has NO window coverings. At 5:30 AM it is very light in the entire house. Getting out of the shower, the neighbors can look in. Some blinds are needed badly. Having said that, it was a nice stay and home.

-Goose poop everywhere, couldn’t walk without stepping in it. Very Unsanitary. -Fire pit is trashed -Wood sitting around with nails sticking out -Nails all over the ground -No path to the water, completely over grown -Nasty red stains and spots on beds -Wasps EVERYWHERE- at least 4 hives. Couldn’t get out any door without getting attacked. 2 kids got stung 6-7 times. -multiple Door locks didn’t work -WiFi didn’t work - TVs did not work because of WiFi not working -No chairs for fire pit - huge crack in window - old Fireworks and beer cans everywhere outside - poop on back of toilet seat when we got there -play ground COMPLETELY over grown with weeds and wasp nests in playhouse. Kids couldn’t play at all. 2 kids Got stung 2x trying to play in it. Looks nothing like the pictures

Make sure to follow property line down to the white line., owner of the property on left will call property manager if you walk on their property .
