Le complexe Bitterbrush est un grand complexe de colline avec vue sur le lac Tahoe et les montagnes environnantes depuis le pont. Regarder les skieurs et snowboarders comme ils descendent sur les pentes de Diamond Peak. 173 Bitterbrush propose deux suites de maßtre, chacune avec leurs propres salles de bains privées. Il est spacieux loft (futon queen-lit) situé au-dessus de la salle de séjour, ainsi qu'un Powder Room pratique sur le niveau Salon. La cuisine spacieuse a des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils. Although unexpected circumstances forced us to leave early, the property was stunning and the views were breathtaking. The property manager handled everything smoothly and I would happily recommend this rental

Awesome Lake Tahoe stay

Good morning Sue: We wanted you to know we had a wonderful time here. The property was wonderful, clean and tidy. It was a quiet place and we loved the evening family time in front of the fire place. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. We had everything that we needed to prepare a meals. Washing machine and dryer were very functional and we were able to do our laundry and have fresh clean clothes to wear. Internet was fantastic. I was able to do my morning work routine while the family slept in. The pictures online did not do justice to the visible beauty that we had every morning waking up to the mountain and the lake. The sunset were beautiful, and the sunrises were gorgeous. The scene was breathtaking. Overall, I would give this place 10 of 10. We told all our friends and family about this place. It was awesome and amazingly affordable. The bathrooms were clean and showers functional. Beds were very comfortable. We would certainly recommend this place to others and would return back here in the future

Nice place, poor communication

The property was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. Everything was jn working order. My main problem was with the poor communication. First, i usually get a confirmation email right after I book something on VRBO. But I didn't get any confirmation email at all. I got a brief reply only after I inquired a few days before my booking, stating that I would get info on the first day. Then when I had a question as to where the dumpster was located (since I was instructed to empty trash into the dumpster at checkout), I got no response to my VRBO message nor email. I finally called the number for the property manager, who turned out not to be able answer my question. She took my number and said someone would call me. No one ever did. I was able to ask a neighbor who told me it was at the top of our very steep hill. My other concern is that the property was located in a steep area so that after the snowstorm, it would've been difficult to get back down without chains (which we fortunately had brought with us). But it would've been helpful to know about this risk in advance. (This is of course not a concern during non-winter months.)

Clean home with view

Enjoyed our stay. Garages are small. Small truck would not fit but there was plenty of nearby parking. Could use a few cosmetic repairs but very clean and very comfortable stay. Loved the view and the gas fireplace. 2 bedrooms each had own bathrooms. We would stay here again.

For internet, look elsewhere. For outdoor activities, look no further...

First the good: check-in was great, the place was well located, easy to find, and comfortable. Some minor carpet stains and things, but overall clean. If you are here to ski or do outdoor activities, this is definitely the place for you, and highly recommend. The bad: We specifically chose this place to stay so that we would have enough space and good enough internet to work remote during our week in Lake Tahoe. The listing stated it had "high speed internet." Upon arrival, we tested the internet speed and it was 5mbps download max and 700kbps upload max. We could not even get streaming on Apple tv+ to work reliably without buffering pauses. We emailed our complaint and the internet service was "upgraded" while we were there to ~15mpbs download and 1mpbs upload (the physical networking equipment maxed at this upload speed). The federally regulated standard for high speed internet is minimum 25mpbs download, and 3mpbs upload. The listing is false advertising and should be fixed. We wasted a lot of money on a very nice place that met none of our requirements that we chose it for, and had to spend even more money finding a local co-working space so we could do our jobs. Also note that the garages are very tight on space, so if you have a crossover or larger vehicle, and may not fit. We had a Chevy Malibu and it was barely large enough.

Property is in a great location and close to everything you need . Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything one would need. Some areas of carpet and deck need Some work, but was told it is on the list to be improved. All in all a decent property to stay at for the cost. Alan K

We really enjoyed our visit to Incline village. The location of the condo was excellent. It was near the bike trail we wanted to go on, and there were trails right near the condo. The check-in and communication was very simple.

Overall is good but garage is terrible.

Great location for skiing at Diamond peak resort. View is incredible. Property manager responded promptly. Check in and out are smoothly with clear instructions. Interior is very clean. Kitchen is decent enough with adequate cookwares and utensils. Washer and dryer are functioning good. Hot water is very hot, but run out off easily. Fire place add warmth to the house. 2 bed room plus a loft and 2.5 bath provide enough space for a family of five. However, I have to reduce a star for the garage. Even there are two garages, both of them are so small that our van could hardly fit in. Not to mention there is an inflatable boat hanging in one of the garage making that side impossible to park in. Overall is quite good, my family had a very good time there.

Perfect location for skiing

This spot made skiing so easy. Literally at the slopes already. Can’t wait for next season & can hopefully come back here.

Nice place but......

Shower faucet was about to fall out of the wall, no washcloths or pillow cases for extra pillows. We didn't receive a pass for beach access as stated in the listing. Bed in 2nd Master squeeked every time you moved. View was nice, kitchen was stocked well with dishes and utensils.

Enjoy Tahoe north shore

Clean with a responsive management company, the condo is effectively a 4 story. The two car garages can only fit compacts. Our Outback barely fit. Parking is otherwise a hike. Also trash dumpsters are over 1/4 mile away. washing machine does not do a Good job with the spin cycle and is on a platform that can be a challenge. Beds were comfy, kitchen decently appointed. Barbecue on deck but deck is is pealing and pitted
 so need shoes. Good for a base of your vacation just be ok with the items mentioned. The management company repaired an item we found broken and because they were quick in doing so, it did not effect our 10 day stay
