Cette charmante maison ne pourrait pas être mieux située pour le plaisir de North Lake Tahoe. Pour s'amuser en hiver, conduisez ou prenez le transport en commun vers Northstar ou Diamond Peak à 10 minutes. Si vous recherchez l'un des meilleurs rives du lac de Tahoe, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Speedboat Beach, à quelques pas au sud de la maison à travers des rues résidentielles tranquilles. Pour les plus excitants, marchez dans l'autre direction pour le Crystal Bay Club & Casino, Cal Neva, Biltmore et Mellow Fellow Bar. Les meilleurs plats et divertissements de Tahoe se trouvent ici à Crystal Bay et Incline Village. La maison a 1 chambre au niveau principal et un grand loft / chambre au deuxième niveau. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans des lits. Il a un lit king size en maître et deux lits jumeaux à l'étage. La maison peut être confortable et romantique pour deux ou pour 4 personnes. Beaucoup d'espace au sol pour que la maison ne se sente pas à l'étroit. La cuisine est ouverte et accueillante avec un coin salon pittoresque pour 4-5. Barbecue à gaz sur le pont arrière est disponible et un must en été. We had an amazing stay at this Lake Tahoe home. The house was super clean, cozy, and close to everything. Loved the deck and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house was fully equiped for a family getaway. It felt very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. We loved the decor of the house. The location was ideal it was just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality Tahoe stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect four our mini-vacation over New Year's! Great size for our family of four with plenty of living space. Everything was beautifully updated, and the family room has 3 couches so we could spread out. The loft bedroom was ideal four our two teenage boys, as it has two single/twin beds and a futon couch and tv and X-box. So they had like their own separate living space. Huge backyard and great location for our several trips to Mt. Rose and Incline Village. Ryan was a great host and always answered my questions timely. Thank you Ryan!

Cozy and Quiet

My husband and I came down for our 14th wedding anniversary. This was the perfect place for our stay. The property was in a great location, it was quiet and cozy. We would definitely stay again.

Crystal bay cabin

We had a fantastic time at the lake tahoe cabin. The cabin was a great place for our family to stay for a fun week at lake tahoe. The cabin is in walking distance to a small beach and with in driving to many fun things to do on the lake.

Great cabin near Kings Beach

I stayed here with my two teenage boys and we loved it! The location was perfect for us with Kings Beach only a 2 minute drive away! The downstairs is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals, the backyard is a relaxing space, and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. We had a great time during our stay.

Very nice cabin

We really enjoyed our 11-night stay around Christmas/New Year holidays. The cabin is well stocked and has everything a family would need for a comfortable vacation. It's located 5 minutes away from Safeway and restaurants in King's Beach and 7 min away from Raley's and restaurants in Incline Village.

Awesome place right next to Kings Beach

We had a great time staying in this awesome place. It's really close to multiple nice beaches and we had a great time enjoyign the summer weather. The owner was really helpful with a couple issues we had in the place and came the same day to fix the problem. Awesome communication with the owner

This cute little cottage was perfect for our family! Extremely well taken care of and very clean! Would definitely recommend!One downside would be that the location is right next to a parking garage for a casino that is under construction nearby. The construction was a little noisy, we didn’t expect that when we booked it, but overall its location and comfiness was loved! We could see that the owners of this property really wanted guests to be comfortable and Ryan was very responsive and helpful with any questions we asked! As long as you are aware of the construction nearby, I think anyone would be happy to stay here!

Very nice , well maintained home. The Bathroom and Kitchen were tastefully done And updated to make your stay enjoyable. Home was very clean and communication with owner easy. Great get away to the north shore.

Walking distance to Lake Tahoe

Quick and easy communication with Ryan. The home is obviously well cared for. The cleaners do a really good job! We walked to the nearby beach with our paddle board backpack, perfect location. Home had everything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Cottage

House is clean. Amenities are recently updated and thoughtfully arranged. Convenient location. Walk to the Speedboat beach is partially blocked by the snow on the side of road. Once we got there, kids enjoyed the beach and rocks. Host is super responsive.

Peaceful

This was a wonderful getaway. I was surprised at how quiet it with a casino that close. Loved that they lad GOOD shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. As a flyers there is only so much I could bring on the plane. Would stay again if I come back.

My wife and I bought this house in 2013. We have always loved the location that this house stands and we couldn't resist the opportunity to buy in one of Tahoes' most charming neighborhoods. This neighborhood has so much history its unbelievable. Celebrity's like Sammy Davis Jr. Marilyn Monroe, Howard Hughes and the like have either stayed or owned homes in the area.

The property is impeccably clean and well maintained. It features hardwood floors throughout the entire home. It pairs old fashion comfort with new world charm. Not to be redundant but the location is stellar. It has to mentioned again and again. It's walking distance to beaches, trails, restaurants, bars, music, casino's and more. Not to mention a short drive to popular ski resorts like Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose.
