The house is newly remodel. It was clean, and beautiful. The pool was just big enough for my family, not oversized. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean, the a/c worked flawless, there was more amenities then I expected like soap and shampoo and even beach towels for the pool. There were bonuses such as leftover food unopened in boxes like snacks. The kids loved the pool. I rate places like, would I stay here again, absolutely!

Dr. Sidney was extremely easy to communicate with and always available should any issue arise. The house was gorgeous and we were very comfortable. The pool and grounds were well kept and we really enjoyed our time there.

This house was amazing! Lots of room, all the amenities & VERY CLEAN! The pool was fantastic! Neighborhood was very quiet & we felt very safe! We would all stay here again and again! Was here for the Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge.

World Series Rental

The location was great … pleasant, safe neighborhood. Very convenient to the Broussard sports complex. Fit our family wonderfully. The pool was a much appreciated and utilized bonus after a hot in the sun. A/C worked great and beds were comfy. Will definitely try to book again if we return to ball tournaments in that area.

Spacious House

We really enjoyed our stay. All the accommodations were as described. A short drive from Walmart and restaurants. Only complaint is the kitchen lacked enough cookware. If you are planning on cooking full meals I would bring some pots, a can opener, etc. Overall a great stay.

family get-away

As advertised. Comfortable with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice addition. It was a little chilly to swim but we had a picnic lunch on the deck. Our daughter and her kids were staying at a nearby RV park and came over several times. Only negative was the playhouse that was in poor condition and maybe a bit unsafe. I would recommend fixing or removing it.

sheets dirty and bugs in house pool pump very loud

i hate to complain but here I go with things I think should be considered Towels although I understand the idea of 1 towel per guest but like it rained on us big time at the ball park when we got back we had to wash towels and dry them ( the dryer takes forever) before we could take baths. I stay in vacation properties al the time Never have we only had 1 towel per person cleanliness the sheets were def dirty with per hair and under the trundle were socks etc that were left from last persons stay I assume the bugs were an issue and the pump was very annoying so we did not utilize that room nor the master room. ( due to the. silver fish we had to wash sheets

Wonderful Experience

We came to Broussard for a Wedding. This home is very roomy and accommodated 2 families. It was very close to the airport which we appreciated and a ton of amenities. The home is in a great location and is in a super quiet, very nice neighborhood. It was very clean. Cooking in the kitchen and being able to enjoy time with family while washing clothes was nice! All in one location. The mattresses and all those pillows were awesome! (I’m picky) We weren’t able to use the pool or backyard at all. We were too busy. My 7 year old Grandson loved the house so much he said when he gets big he’s coming back to buy it. Lol!! We were there for a 7 day stay. The Host, Sydney Morales is amazing! He’s super fast at replying. I asked a lot of questions the first few days. He’s very helpful. My only request is to get a coffee pot that works. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!

Checked in but did not stay

We were allowed an early check in due to the rain in the area, so that was a plus. When we arrived, the entry area had water across have of it. The rain had flooded this area and we were told that happens when it rains (we were expecting more rain also). We went into the home and realized only half was cool. The AC wasn't working in half the house. The lights were not working in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We ealked out to the pool, and it looked like sand all over thr bottom and it didn't look well kept. The pictures on the posting of the pool area are from years before, because the chairs and table area and the pool have all aged. The chairs looked as if you'd fall through if you sat. We noticed there were leaking pipes along the house where that flooded room was. Those pipes were connected to the pool pump, so that area was saturated and no telling how long it had been wet like that. Myself and my 5 other friends decided it wasn't safe to stay. We called the owner and he arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite and apologized for the inconveniences. We asked if he'd give a refund and he did. There wasn't any problem with communication and he wanted to make it right. However, we had to locate another place to stay at this point. The home is beautiful, but the outdoor photos are not accurate at this point amd need to be updated. The home must have some electrical issues and certainly has some flooding issues, and probably mold. Maybe once updates are made it'll be bette

Lafayette visit

I do not recommend staying at this property. The house is large. There are three bedrooms and a converted garage that had a day bed in it. We could not get the heater to work in that section. There is a barn door separating that section from the main part of the house, but it had a wheel that could not be put on the track. For safety, with 4 children under the age of 10, we had to set it off to the side. Since we couldn’t heat that garage section, we couldn’t get the living area warm and wore our coats in the house. There is not enough bedding or towels. The master bedroom had sheets and a bedspread. The second bedroom had sheets and a bedspread and the trundle bed had sheets and a blanket. The third bedroom only had sheets. With the nighttime temperature hitting freezing, it made sleeping uncomfortable. We were 8 people. There was not enough towels for all of us to bathe one night, much less the three nights we were there. One of the reasons we chose this home to rent was the outside play area that was advertised. However, the kids couldn’t play there because the swing set is falling apart. There are nails and screws protruding from the part that is haphazardly standing and there are pieces that fell off that have exposed nails and screws. There are also construction supplies scattered around the carport and against the house. The house was spacious and had no clutter. The bathroom toilets either haven’t been cleaned or not cleaned well. I’d type more but I’m out of space.
