The house was clean and well stocked upon my arrival. The beds were comfortable, the water, and linens were plentiful. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything on the east side (busy side) of town with the newest shopping, groceries and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay immensely and will use this property again on future trips to Lafayette.

This was the perfect condo for UL family weekend. The furniture and beds especially were very comfortable! Very close to everything, yet not on a busy street. We had a wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom townhouse! The space was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and felt so cozy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a fun night out. The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the best nightlife, but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. It was the ideal spot for our girls weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

The little development evokes the New Orleans French Quarter. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown Lafayette for the Festival International which is a great reason to visit.

Perfect and affordable.

This was the perfect rental. The privacy of a 2 bed 2 bath is worth everything. Then add in the cleanliness and well appointed rooms and necessities, add another 5 stars. Location takes you over the top. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids and puppy. It was exactly as listed! Clean and comfortable. Very quick and easy communication with the host, Alan. It was a perfect location for us near a lot of restaurants and stores too. Tight parking if you have a larger car but other than that, it was a great stay!

This place was essentially exactly as pictured and described. It was ideal for our needs on this particular trip. Its proximity to maybe the hospital or something means that it can be subject to fairly constant traffic sounds. Cars passing by. But this did not bother either of us whatsoever.Someone mentioned to shortage of available electrical outlets, true! But just because the place is older and not so expensively built. You can find a way to plug your stuff in, for sure. My suggestion to the host is simple - change the lightbulbs from the cool white you’re using now to a much softer warm white. The cool midcentury overhead fixtures you’ve hung are really unusable because when you turn it on it overwhelms the room with cold fluorescent light because of those bulbs. Change them for a warmer temp and problem solved. Kitchen was great! We cooked a full meal and didn’t need anything but our food. Perhaps buy a box fan and leave in a closet? Some people need the white noise to sleep and especially with the ambient neighborhood noise at this location. Overall - this place will always hold room in my heart because the nature of the trip itself. Grateful to have found it and used it for that purpose. Thank you guys.

Short stop on the way to Destin

This location is simply amazing. The condo is located about 5-10 min from all major stores and restaurants. Awesome location in my opinion. Inside, the place was very clean and all amenities were comfortable. The communication with the host was top notch! Thanks for the relaxing stay after a long day of driving!

Perfect weekend getaway

Qaint two story townhouse that met all our needs. Spot on location! Almost everything we visited and experienced was only 10-15 minutes away. We did go to Avery Island to visit Tabasco and it was only 40 minutes away. Plenty of things to do, see and eat in Cajun country. Perfect two bedroom and they both had onsuite bathrooms!! Excellent stay!!

Stayed with a friend bf and after and ultra trail race. House was lovely, clean and well located. A super plus that each room had its own master suite. Close enough/walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Would def stay here again.

Great Communication

We had a great stay at this property. What was most important to me is how transparent and communicative the host had been. So kudos for the great communication. It was clean and quaint. The area is fantastic, I love the river ranch area in Lafayette. It was extremely quite. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
