The house was clean and well stocked upon my arrival. The beds were comfortable, the water, and linens were plentiful. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything on the east side (busy side) of town with the newest shopping, groceries and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay immensely and will use this property again on future trips to Lafayette.

The little development evokes the New Orleans French Quarter. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown Lafayette for the Festival International which is a great reason to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom townhouse! The space was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and felt so cozy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a fun night out. The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the best nightlife, but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. It was the ideal spot for our girls weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids and puppy. It was exactly as listed! Clean and comfortable. Very quick and easy communication with the host, Alan. This location is simply amazing. The condo is located about 5-10 min from all major stores and restaurants. Awesome location in my opinion. Inside, the place was very clean and all amenities were comfortable. The communication with the host was top notch! Thanks for the relaxing stay after a long day of driving!

Stayed with a friend bf and after and ultra trail race. House was lovely, clean and well located. A super plus that each room had its own master suite. Close enough/walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Would def stay here again.
