It was good, but far from luxury. Host was mostly responsive to concerns. The listing needs to be updated, as there is no king bed and no outside TV. Location is good.

The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay was very nice. There were a few things that could have been better. In the description on VRBO, it states the house has a heated salt water pool. No where does it state there is a 35/day charge to heat the pool. This wasn't disclosed until after I paid for the stay. The pool light did not work and took 2 week to replace. The photos show an outdoor TV and an outdoor ice maker. The TV was gone and the ice maker did not work. There are security cameras EVERYWHERE...even in the private areas of the pool. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The master bath had an ant problem, but we resolved this ourselves with a can of Raid. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe walking day and night. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Home away from Home

The property was a fantastic home.away from home. All of the amenities were in great shape and the owner was extremely attractive. I'd highly recommend stay here if you're looking for a place in Fort Lauderdale... cant wait to stay here next year! Jack

Beautiful Backyard!

We had a lovely stay for Karate Nationals this year. The home was clean, had plenty of items needed including towels for inside use. Make sure to bring outdoor towels (pool/beach) though. Tongs appeared to be broken so we bought new ones as the owner probably didn't realize. Left them for the next group to use and enjoy. Cameras outside the property weren't obtrusive and understand why they are there. Hot tub was great and the pool was amazing. We used the backyard a ton to practice and enjoy time with each other. Special thanks to the host for being easy to work with and understanding with our group needs. Great time and hope to be back again.

This neighborhood is ccentral to everything! It is in the sweet spot between the beach, the night life and the airport. Even though it is centrally located, it is a quiet residential neighborhood.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

If your looking for an extra comfortalbe house where you can comfortabley spend as much time as possible outdoors then this is the house for you. The over dekt terrace, outdoor kitchen, along with the pool, hot tub and astroturf game area allow you to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as much as possible. There are even fans and a TV on the outdoor terrace. You will only need to go inside to use the bathroom.
