This is a NON-SMOKING/NO-VAPING home. If smoking outside the home (allowed, outdoor floor ashtray is provided), please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).



Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.



This home boasts a state if the art ADT security system with outside perimeter cameras for your added safety. The 4 cameras outside of the house are located at the front monitoring the entrance, left and right side entrance gates and back of the house monitoring the back entranceIf you would like to use the alarm system during your stay just ask your host for a code. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor in common area to comply with noise ordinance. The decibel monitor for this home is in the dining room. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.

This house was so beautiful- even better than the pictures ESPECIALLY the showers and the back yard!!! The pool was clean and perfect. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in (very cool appliances!). The air conditioning was perfect and very efficient. Rene responded immediately with all communication and was very nice!On top of all of this- the value was unbeatable for sure! Thank you so much Rene for a fantastic experience start to finish!

Our host went above and beyond to make our stay a true vacation!!!The house is truly a beautiful getaway retreat.Anything you need this house has!Neighborhood is very quiet and safe.We needed a late check out due to our flight being delayed and our host were more than happy to accommodate us.We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very cute house and perfect for what we needed. We didn’t stay in the house much but was a great location and not far from the beach. A little more attention from the cleaning crew would have been good but we addressed with the host and they were receptive. Overall 5- star for us! Thank yoy

A few issues during stay addressed promptly by management. We do like to do cooking at stay but found lacking in some of everyday tools/serveware. Loved the open space and counter top work areas though. Guest room beds a little hard but we were fineLittle confusion asked for late check out night before departure and was confirmed only to have cleaner show up at usual check out time then receive message from management they apologize but will not be able to accommodate late check out-which I get with next guests coming I just was confused since they had already said yes the day before. Si we felt rushed to get out so cleaners could workAll in all we enjoyed our stay and spent alot of time out on patio in the nice weather

The home was nicely renovated . The kitchen was new and had all the required necessities . The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom was also a pleasure . The host always responded quickly to any questions . There was a slight problem with the AC and the host quickly resolved it with a technician the next morning which was highly appreciated. What would have allowed me to put 5 stars is if the sitting area in the living room didn’t have only 1 old 3 seat couch . The couch was small and the cloth material was dirty. As well, the pool area was beautiful, however we never enjoyed the pool since there was no heater and the water was freezing.
