Bryce Canyon Homestead - No Cleaning Fee!

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon National Park and the surrounding area.

Bryce Canyon Homestead was built with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV.

Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores.

This is for the rental of the Main Floor and Upstairs of the house. There is a private apartment in the basement. Backyard is not landscaped, but the town park is across the street.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and had all the small details that truly made a difference. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the furnishings throughout the space. We wanted to leave a note in the guest book, but it was out of pages. We hope to be back. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

The house was perfect for us. Its about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome state park. The kitchen had everything we needed for several meals, and we were easily able to walk to a couple of restaurants. The house was clean, and well labeled (light switches, remotes, ets) which made it easier to enjoy. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! We were three couples heading to Bryce Canyon and stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to drop one car at the home before we officially checked in, so we could take one car into the park. The place is fantastic. It had everything we needed. On our second night we bought dinner fixings and grilled on the beautiful back patio. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone!

This is a beautiful home. Toiletries were well stocked. We stayed in a few places on our trip and everyone loved the house better than the last. The hosts were very friendly and answered our questions quickly. Checkout was very easy and quick. We have no complaints. The area and home is gorgeous!

Very nice space, feels brand new. Disappointed on Saturday, the owners decided to lay new grass. Basically felt they were having a gathering in the back yard with loads of friends, dogs and music. We could not use the space and needed to close blinds for privacy. Bleep sound throughout the night from fridge in primary bedroom as well as uncomfortable pillows was not great. Otherwise, all the appointments were very nice, clean and attractive.

We greatly enjoyed our time at the Bryce Canyon Homestead. The house was wonderful and our host was very communicative. We particularly enjoyed the most comfortable couch we had ever experienced in vacation home. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Amazingly Located, Peaceful, Spacious and Beautiful Home

It was by far the best place we have ever stayed and I have been using VRBO since 2013! The house is perfectly situated in a quaint and quiet little town only a few miles from Bryce Canyon which is stunning! The house is beautiful and spacious and the Ned was like sleeping on a cloud! The tub in the main floor bedroom is HUGE and I enjoyed it after an afternoon of hiking.

Bryce Canyon Trip

Absolutely loved everything about the Homestead. Probably the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at while traveling. The hosts have literally thought of everything from providing bottled water, a generous snack basket, a huge variety of coffee, the highest quality bedding and towels, all in an absolutely beautiful high end home. The finishes throughout are stunning. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights!

Hiking trip

The home was large, which allowed us lots of room to spread out. It was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Our host responded to us in a very timely manner. The kitchen was well stocked. Towels and bedding were like new. We wished that we could have spent more time merely relaxing in the home, but Bryce National Park was our daytime destination. The home was only 17 minutes from the Visitors center. That was a huge bonus. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful home in a good location

This is a great place to stay while exploring the Bryce Canyon area. Really comfortable home for our group ranging from 18-79 and the hosts have really ticked all the boxes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking around this region

Gorgeous home

This home is very new and well-equipped. The 3 bedrooms each had a connected bathroom. The boys slept in a hide-a-bed by their parents’ room. It was the most comfortable pull-out couch I have ever seen. Each sleeping area had a TV. The house was very open and had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. It was convenient to Bryce. The town of Tropic had a small grocery store that had a surprising number of things we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The Bryce Canyon Homestead is a dream come true. Construction began in October 2022 and is the thoughtful creation of Chris, Tammy, Jon, Jean and Spring Seiler. We have been residents of Tropic for over 30 years. Most of our family has moved away, but have fond memories or growing up here. We wanted a gathering place for our growing family and wanted to build something magical and fitting to meet all our needs. We decided to share this vision with you, our guests, and hope that you find serenity and peace as you stay here and visit our majestic Bryce Canyon. We have lovingly created a home with heart. We hope you feel the warmth of sunny days, nights with incredible views of the Milky Way, and peaceful sleep.

Tropic is a rural community located on Utah’s All American Road Scenic Byway 12. It's nestled amidst some of the most scenic southern Utah landscapes imaginable—Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Dixie National Forest, Red Canyon, and Bryce Canyon National Park. Tropic is the perfect location to explore nearby attractions such as Kodachrome Basin State Park, Grosvenor’s Arch, Bull Valley Gorge, Powell Point, Tropic Reservoir, Pine Lake, Calf Creek Falls, and Hole in the Rock. There are also several nearby slot Canyons, Coyote Gulch, Peekaboo, and Round Valley, to name a few. Whether it's hiking, canyoneering, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife viewing, or photography, world-class scenery and outdoor adventures are waiting for you!

We set out to provide a nice welcoming property in the Bryce Canyon Area. We wanted a place that would allow you to still enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying the beautiful landscape that surrounds Tropic, UT. We started this vision by purchasing the land across from the Tropic City park years ago and have now finally fulfilled the dream by finishing construction in June of 2023. We invite you to come and enjoy our dream with us, by staying at our little Homestead.
