property was in a great location...excellent value and very cozy. only complaint...they should state that this property is in the basement. it didnt bother us at all, but i can see where it would be a issue for others. we would defintely stay there again. also, dont eat at rubys inn...its overpriced and their steaks absolurely suck...

Location was great, but there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the floors were oddly sticky. It left a brown residue on our socks. Thankfully the laundry worked well and it came out. Decent for budget accommodations, but not super clean.

The two queen beds could use a new mattress. This was my only issue with the rental. Good location and a short drive to Bryce Canyon, local store has good supplies for cooking. The property was clean and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hoodoo Hideout! The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do, my family enjoyed the activities provided at the house, the house was very clean and comfortable.

Location location location!!! Great location to access all the places we had planned during this short trip - Kodachrome Basin, Petrified Forest, Upper Calf Creek Falls, Escalante River Walk, Willis Creek Slot and Mossy Cave. Super spot to see the sunrise at the front of the house - sunset at the back and dark sky. The 9 and 10 yo had a blast with the giant legos, pool table and air hockey!

Super cozy spot very close to Bryce, groceries and a pizza joint! Very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it for your adventure to the area :)

Super Cute, Convenient & Awesome Hosts!

Nice space with plenty of room. Hosts are local and very responsive. Easy drive to Bryce and away from the tourist spots. Enjoyed the stay!

Charming home great for family’s with kids

Family of 4 - really enjoyed our stay. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed playing games in the evening after long days hiking. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Host was very kind and attentive when we reached out for things. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for Bryce. We got in after dark and didnt realize the amazing views just out the front door! Kids kept themselves occupied with game tables ans Wii when we had downtime.

Great little place. Fun kids room. Our kids especially liked the Wii, I especially liked the comfortable bedding and clean comfortable space. Would stay again. Perfect distance from Bryce Canyon.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Everything felt fresh, organized, and well cared for.The amenities were a huge hit with our kids. The pool table, air hockey, foosball, large Legos, and the Wii kept them thoroughly entertained the entire time. It made the trip so relaxing for us as parents because they always had something fun to do.The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. We never found ourselves missing a single item.On top of that, everyone we met in Cannonville was so welcoming and kind. It made the whole experience even more special.Highly recommend this place — we would absolutely stay again!
