Sand Hollow Hideout - hideout in the beauty of southern utah

Welcome to the stunning Sand Hollow Hideout! This corner-lot guest house is a short five minutes drive from Sand Hollow State Park. It offers two master bedrooms with king beds and a bunk room with six beds, including four queens and two twins. Each bedroom has a 55 inch smart TV and the living room has a 75 inch smart TV. The bedrooms have blackout shades to ensure you get a good night's sleep. There is also a private two car garage and additional parking nearby.

The Fun:
There is an arcade game that comes with a total of 14 retro games such as Mortal Kombat, Rampage, Joust and more! Plenty of space for gaming as a family, so be sure to bring your favorite games! To get the fun started, see who can win a game of giant Jenga. At the clubhouse there are two community pools with a large hot tub and also two pickleball courts!

Pets? Definitely. We personally love animals and want you to be able to share your adventures with your furry friends.

This is a guest house, so there is no access to the courtyard/private pool next to the garage. You will have access to a large community pool with a large hot tub (20+ people!) and a splash pad. There is also a clubhouse and pickleball courts for you to use as well.

Beautiful place in a great location

We absolutely loved this place and my kids thought the bunk room with all the beds was the coolest thing ever. We were very happy with our stay!!

Very nice and clean place. I thought that the description of the property was not accurate. We got a number for a pool cover and weren't allowed to use it.

Super cute and large guest house - fun for kids!

Pros: this house is new, clean, and well equipped! There was plenty of room for everyone. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a bathroom with a shower, and an extra half bath in the hallway. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed a week and were comfortable. The use of the 2 car garage is a huge plus! The kids loved the kid room! It has a fun bunk bed and a loft with 5 more beds, plus a TV and arcade game. We had a hard time getting our son to leave! This unit is the guest house over the garage and it does not share any walls with the main house. The main house is also a short term rental. It looks like the entire neighborhood was built to be short term rentals. Super cute neighborhood with fun amenities and plenty of places to walk the dog. Cons: the unit is above the garage so there is a set of stairs to get inside. We weren’t aware of that when we rented it. Our dog struggles with stairs so that was a bit of a pain. But there was a grassy patch right out the door for him once we did reach the bottom so that was nice. The condo could also use some rugs. The only rug was in front of the kitchen sink. The flooring throughout was laminate so it was cold and noisy. A few rugs throughout would solvethat issue. Also there was no comfortable place for my husband to work. We were there a week and he needed to work each day. The kitchen table has really uncomfortable metal chairs. The mattresses are all memory foam/tempurpedic. This can be a pro/con depending on your preference.
