Cozy Condo at Seven Springs

Welcome to the Mountain Villas at Seven Springs! This upscale condo is located near some of the best skiing, hiking, and golfing Pennsylvania has to offer- an escape to the mountains that everyone will enjoy! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day in the Laurel Highlands.

Free shuttle to the slopes for a stress free ride -5 mins
Right by the Highlands Golf Club at 7 Springs -0.3 miles
A short drive to Laurel Hill State Park -6 mins
The space
We hope you enjoy this updated two bedroom & two bath condo located on the second floor (1.5 flights to enter). The entryway includes storage for winter gear and a ski cubby. You will find comfortable furniture and a smart TV in the living room with an open flow into the dining room. The large dining table is perfect for group dinners or family game nights! The fully equipped kitchen includes a variety of kitchen utensils to prepare a meal- with a breakfast bar for additional seating.

The first bedroom has a California king bed with an en suite bath and private balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen and bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a closet, TV, and dressers with comfortable linens and towels.

A private balcony with outdoor seating and access to the community pool offers an outdoor oasis. *The pool is currently closed for winter.

Guests are NOT permitted to use the fireplace. Sorry this is an HOA policy.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire condo via keypad entry. There is a shared entryway to your private living space, with ample parking directly in front of the building.
Other things to note
Free shuttle to and from Seven Springs Resort, with a stop right outside of the building! The entrance to the resort is a quick 2 minute drive from the condo, with 4-5 minute total to the parking lot.

Guests have free access to the Mountain Villas community pool & children's swing set. The pool is open from Memorial day weekend thru Labor Day weekend.

Though the condo building is made of concrete which helps reduce noise, you may occasionally hear neighbors.

Child friendly amenities: Plastic cups & dishware, board games, bunk beds, kids DVDs, bathtub, electrical outlet covers.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family ski vacation. It comfortably fit our family of five, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the in-unit washer and dryer were clean and convenient. We also appreciated how quiet the unit was — no noise from neighbors — and the host was both accommodating and responsive.

Perfect Stay

The stay was better than anticipated. Very clean, nice, and spacious on the inside. The questions I had for Kurt were answered very rapidly. The shuttle to/from Seven Springs couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

But being from Pittsburgh, I wanted a personal getaway close to home and landed on the Seven Springs area for all it has to offer! While I am not using the place I love to share it with others.
