Fantastique appartement au rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre à coucher et deux salles de bains dans la première communauté de bavaro en bord de mer à playa turquesa Ce condo est à quelques pas de la plage privée, avec vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre. Situé directement en face de la piscine en bord de mer, dans une position privilégiée pour ceux qui veulent être au plus près de la plage privée. Entièrement équipé de tout le nécessaire, y compris un accès Internet WiFi privé, et d’un gril à gaz important à savourer sur la terrasse.
Le ménage n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la location
Mais nous pouvons vous offrir un service de nettoyage avec notre employé de confiance pendant le nombre de jours que vous souhaitez pendant votre séjour, arrangé à l'avance pour vous intégrer à notre horaire chargé.

The HOST Liz was absolutely the best! Prompt return of messages. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was amazing! Steps from the pool and two minutes from the beach. Super clean, well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable, great location

My wife and I rented this condo for 1 week. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor and walking out the back door directly to the pool or beach. The condo itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. There are also several restaurants within a short walk. I would not hesitate to rent again. Liz, the property manager, was always available and very helpful with any questions regarding our stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything great but loud

Loud because of the people out in the street other than that it really is quiet inside the property. Except on Mondays when they’re starting early on the landscaping. You can’t bring people over so that’s something to be aware of. I would most definitely come again. Electricity is charged at .36 cents a kilowatt. Due to the nature of the area. Lots of things are rusty.

Great Beach and Complex, BUT....

Playa Turquesa is a nice complex, and a great alternative to the all inclusive resorts in this area. The Dominican people are so kind. Liz was great to work with. The beach is fantastic. But this particular condo has its issues. We are in the last week of a four week rental, and we would return to this complex, but never this specific unit. The proximity to the beach and pool are both great, but don't make up the complete lack of effort put into making this place the least bit cozy and/or homelike. Having said that, the biggest negative is the next door neighbor. He appears to be either a long term renter, or worse, he owns the place. There is loud music with even more annoying loud base going most of every day and night. Along with the music is a steady parade of women, different each day, coming and going at all times of the day and night. We did mention the situation and were told to find a security person to ask him to quiet down at ten p.m. - quiet time. Problem is, the music has been going for about twelve hours by then. We finally knocked on the door at five a.m., he was kind enough to turn it down at that point, the daily girl was not happy about that, and proceeded to do a little patio dance for us, along with looking in our windows for a bit. Very nice. Anyway, great place, just not this unit. There is a reason this place has not had a review in almost a year, maybe it's the neighbor.

I am so sorry that you experienced this distress from the renter of the condo next door. It is completely unacceptable. As you know I reported this twice to the Community Administration, and spoke personally to the renter I am glad that it stopped for your last week, and allowed you to enjoy yourselves. Liz

Très bel endroit mais plage moyenne

Très bel endroit mais plage avec beaucoup d’algues lors de notre séjour mais surtout le temps d’attente avant que ce soit nettoyer par rapport aux endroits adjacents aussi présence de chiens sans propriétaire sur la plage que j’ai moins apprécié . Température idéale plein soleil tous les jours.

Peaceful quiet cool just relax

So Nice this Condo that We have come 4 Times . We feel like living not in a touristic apartment but like à cosy home. Very clean,painted white,big frenchwindows leading on thé terrace .king size bed very confortable ,everything works well ,LIZ provides with everything ,sheets ,beach towells………kitchen tools ……and if you need something spécial just as LIZ ,she is really very efficient and come as soon as you tel her . We appreciate it very much no stress just feel cool . No need to have a car ,everything is walking distance (Shops super market and a lot of restaurants and if you want a spécial tour just as Liz she will give you thé best information . Private beach with one of the best restaurants and nice and hepful beach boys ,no need to worry . The best place to take it easy . 👍

My son first time in the DR

My condo / rental at Playa Turquesa was GREAT. The property is beautiful and very close to the ocean. The condo is in the center of many things to do. We found some great restaurants. One restaurant we found to be really good plus they serve you right on the beach is Citrus. It awesome and the prices are great. Now for Liz the manager. WOW, such a great person. Liz answered any question I had and was there if we needed her for any reason. Liz explained how everything worked plus showed me other larger condos just in case I want to come back with a larger group. I will be back and Liz will be the first person I contact. Love this place. Can't go wrong! AAAAAAAAA+

Playa Turquesa was the best!

This was our first visit to Punta Cana and we plan to return again next year...we loved it! We spent three months in this condo and could not have been happier. The description and photos are absolutely accurate...it was very clean, bright, comfy and well equipped with everything that we needed. The whole complex was lovely...two nice pools and close to the most amazing beach! Also very convenient were grocery stores and many great restaurants. The manager of this condo, Liz, was the best, always close by and willing to answer questions or help in any way she could! We would recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys beautiful weather, fabulous beach, friendly atmosphere and a casual way of life in a secure, safe winter getaway!

Fun and Fabulous!!

Awesome place! It has everything in it, full kitchen and very comfortable bed. Literally right at the beach and pool. Nice restaurants nearby and grocery store is just across the street. Definitely recommended.
