Mise à jour en 2017, récemment rénové en 2011 avec vue sur l'océan2 chambres, 2 salles de bains

Profitez de votre café du matin alors qu'il était assis sur la véranda avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Vous pouvez voir un groupe de dauphins nager par, ou des baleines sortant dans les mois d'hiver. Regarder le lever et le coucher du point Makahuena, à quelques pas de notre unité.

Cette belle 2 BR 2 BA, vue sur la mer, condo au deuxième étage est de 1150 SF, et a été récemment mis à jour en 2017 avec de nouvelles fenêtres, de nouvelles portes patio et de nouvelles tuiles de douche après avoir été entièrement remodelé en 2011. Cette unité a de nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout, et les planchers en bois stratifié dans les deux chambres. L'ensemble du condo est meublé avec un mobilier flambant neuf.

Une nouvelle cuisine gastronomique avec des armoires de cerisier, comptoirs en granit, et de nouveaux appareils offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas confortablement. Le barbecue pavillon Makahuena est juste à l'extérieur du condo. Le salon est spacieux, et comprend un canapé-lit, télévision à écran plat avec Blue Ray / lecteur DVD. Certains DVD sont fournis. La grande chambre principale a un beau lit king size avec un oreiller haut matelas flambant neuf. La salle de bains attenante a également été rénové avec goût. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, et des meubles en acajou magnifique. L'unité entière a de nouvelles fenêtres en bois revêtements qui offrent la vie privée.

Pour votre usage et la jouissance, nous avons fourni des chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, des planches de bodyboard, un grand coffre de glace, et des jeux. 2 raquettes de tennis sont également fournis pour votre usage à la cour de tennis Makahuena. Le complexe dispose également d'une piscine avec un bain à remous avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Le beau complexe Makahuena est à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la renommée mondiale Poipu Beach, Brennecke Beach, et le Grand Hyatt Hôtel avec sa fine cuisine.

Kitchen had everything we needed. We did not stop at the store first and I’m glad we didn’t! Some of the things we would have bought were already there like paper towels, hand soap, dish soap. We left coffee filters and tide pods for the next family as well. The view is very peaceful and exactly what the picture show. We enjoyed our time here in Kauai and this location was perfect to exploring the entire island! Mahalo!

Unit was clean and well equipped. Lots of kitchen items we used along with the washer and drier. We saw whales and loved the hot tub and pool. It was extremely rainy so we weren’t in the ocean but still loved our time together.

The condo was even better than in the pictures! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We were able to walk to the Grand Hyatt on the path by the ocean and to Poipu Beach. Both were about a 10 minute walk. The snorkeling at Poipu Beach was amazing and the turtles and monk seals on the beach were so much fun to see. Saw whales spouting from the property. There was an issue with water in the unit below us and they needed access to our condo for a short bit, but it was well communicated and handled without interrupting our day. We will definitely book here again!

AC made noise that made it difficult to sleep so we could only use one unit to cool the condo. Property is "tired" needs upgrades to furniture, doors. Bed was comfortable. The window sills and lanai area had bugs that could have been vacuumed and there was a big spider outside near AC unit. The view looks better in pictures than actually is. The beach equipment, cooler, etc. was nice to have. Property manager was responsive as the ice maker was not working and we had issues with tv that got fixed but we were inconvenienced on day one and had to schedule with them to come in to look at AC, tv, icemaker.

I have to admit I was surprised by the 3 star review. The AC unit is less than 1 year old. We installed a unit with the lowest decibels that we could find and did not have any complaints from previous guests. I'm happy that our local property manager was able to quickly remedy the situation with the AC unit and ice maker. Using the smart TV can be confusing with the various remotes. We do have instructions available in the condo but again I'm happy the the local management team was able to help you with that situation. We constantly upgrade the furnishings in the condo as you had brand new lanai furniture available for your enjoyment. I do regret we were not able to meet your standards as we try to make everyone's stay comfortable and welcoming. I hope you enjoyed your visit to our beautiful island of Kauai and wish you all the best in your future travels. Rodney

This unit was wonderful, and the location was great! A public beach access was right next door that you could walk out on the rocks and watch the sunrise. It was just a short half mile walk to Poipu Beach to watch the sunset. The unit had everything you could need. Beach supplies were awesome, although flippers for the snorkel gear would have been a plus. We would definitely go back!

Kauai has always held a special place in our hearts. Having lived in Koloa in the early 1970's, Poipu Beach is like home. Kauai holds very special memories for Karen and me. Our honeymoon was on Kauai where we enjoyed hiking in the Waimea Canyon. Many of my cousins still call Kauai home. "The sounds of the ocean soothes our restless souls!"

Makahuena offers beautiful ocean and garden views. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the point. Even Oahu is visible on a clear day just before sunrise! We especially enjoy the peaceful mornings on the lanai. Our location takes full advantage of the cooling tradewinds and the calming sounds of the waves crashing on the point.
