Mise à jour en 2017, récemment rénové en 2011 avec vue sur l'océan2 chambres, 2 salles de bains

Profitez de votre café du matin alors qu'il était assis sur la véranda avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Vous pouvez voir un groupe de dauphins nager par, ou des baleines sortant dans les mois d'hiver. Regarder le lever et le coucher du point Makahuena, à quelques pas de notre unité.

Cette belle 2 BR 2 BA, vue sur la mer, condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage est de 1150 SF, et a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour en 2017 avec de nouvelles fenĂȘtres, de nouvelles portes patio et de nouvelles tuiles de douche aprĂšs avoir Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement remodelĂ© en 2011. Cette unitĂ© a de nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout, et les planchers en bois stratifiĂ© dans les deux chambres. L'ensemble du condo est meublĂ© avec un mobilier flambant neuf.

Une nouvelle cuisine gastronomique avec des armoires de cerisier, comptoirs en granit, et de nouveaux appareils offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos repas confortablement. Le barbecue pavillon Makahuena est juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du condo. Le salon est spacieux, et comprend un canapĂ©-lit, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec Blue Ray / lecteur DVD. Certains DVD sont fournis. La grande chambre principale a un beau lit king size avec un oreiller haut matelas flambant neuf. La salle de bains attenante a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t. La deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, et des meubles en acajou magnifique. L'unitĂ© entiĂšre a de nouvelles fenĂȘtres en bois revĂȘtements qui offrent la vie privĂ©e.

Pour votre usage et la jouissance, nous avons fourni des chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, des planches de bodyboard, un grand coffre de glace, et des jeux. 2 raquettes de tennis sont également fournis pour votre usage à la cour de tennis Makahuena. Le complexe dispose également d'une piscine avec un bain à remous avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Le beau complexe Makahuena est à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la renommée mondiale Poipu Beach, Brennecke Beach, et le Grand Hyatt HÎtel avec sa fine cuisine.

This unit was wonderful, and the location was great! A public beach access was right next door that you could walk out on the rocks and watch the sunrise. It was just a short half mile walk to Poipu Beach to watch the sunset. The unit had everything you could need. Beach supplies were awesome, although flippers for the snorkel gear would have been a plus. We would definitely go back!

The kitchen set up was great and the condo was roomy. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. We loved the location.

Great location

This was our 50th state to vist as a family. Location was key for us since we were exploring the whole island. We really enjoyed this . Its clean quiet place with a beautiful view while walking to your condo. Manager and Host easy to reach and reapond back in a timely manner. We accidentally thought we booked for our full time here but realized we missed a day. Host and manager worked worked with us and since no one was booked we were able to book another night.

Wonderful stay!! The location was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved using the pool in the evening and the pickle ball court!! Highly recommend this property to rent!

Better than expected

Exceeded our expectations. It hard to tell from the photos, but the property is like 100 yards from the ocean! We were able to watch whales, dolphins, and sea turtles from the lookout areas. There is also a trail that starts right to the left of the property that joins with the heritage trail/shipwreck beach nearby. Multiple boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs provided. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

Had A wonderful time. The place lived up to everything that was listed. Great view, great location, near the beach, shopping, restaurants and yet a quiet atmosphere. Every question we had when we arrived was answered promptly. Enuf supplies and cooking stuff, bed was comfort plus. Had some issues with ceiling fans but we survived. Saw whales, dolphins and sea turtles from the lanai. Thank you for a great stay!!

Spacious Condominium in Poipu

While this complex is older, the condominiums themselves appear to be kept in good condition. Our condo was spacious (2 full large bedrooms and bathrooms a very nice kitchen/dining/family room open area. Communication with property management company was excellent ... they responded quickly and in a helpful manner. One side of our toaster wasn't working right and we had a new toaster in the box at our doorstep the next morning. The grounds were very well kept and we could walk downstairs to a grassy knoll area in two minutes and watch a wide-open beautiful view of sunsets.

Location was perfect and the condo was comfy. Sofa bed was made up, just like we asked. Plenty of towels and the pool was nice as well.

Kauai 2024

Overall was great. Was a little disappointed with trying to get replacements for things like laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a few others. Was told the few items in the condo were all that will be provided. Had to get them on my own when they ran out which also left me with a bunch of supplies I had to leave there. Kinda of stinky under the kitchen sink. Lastly I would have the tracks on the screen doors, bifold doors and blinds get some maintenance so they work better.

Very pleasant and accommodating host and their representative both for an early check-in and late checkout. Additionally a small issue we commanicated was immediately addressed. The apartment was super clean when we arrived. It was easy to figure out the lockbox to enter. We saw a well stocked kitchen from condiments to kitchenware and utensils. There's a newer spacious fridge, and washer dryer, all of which were very useful for our family of four. The apartment has a nice view to the beautiful ocean from the Lanai (balcony). Although there was no air conditioning as stated in the description, the cross airflow from the kitchen window, the bedrooms and if opened, the main door provided ample cooling to be comfortable. The night sky was beautiful to see from the Lanai and the grounds with clear view of the stars, and is ideal for astro photography buffs. If we were to come back again we would certainly choose this property and host again. Highly recommended.

Rodney was always quick to respond to my emails. He was always reassuring to my concerns. His manager Evelyn was my go -to person. The apartment was all one level and my family was very comfortable there from grandma to 4 year old.

Kauai has always held a special place in our hearts. Having lived in Koloa in the early 1970's, Poipu Beach is like home. Kauai holds very special memories for Karen and me. Our honeymoon was on Kauai where we enjoyed hiking in the Waimea Canyon. Many of my cousins still call Kauai home. "The sounds of the ocean soothes our restless souls!"

Makahuena offers beautiful ocean and garden views. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the point. Even Oahu is visible on a clear day just before sunrise! We especially enjoy the peaceful mornings on the lanai. Our location takes full advantage of the cooling tradewinds and the calming sounds of the waves crashing on the point.
