Appartement spacieux et lumineux comprenant 2 chambres et 2,5 salles de bains, offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la montagne. À quelques pas par le sentier de la ceinture verte, vous rejoindrez les plages de Brennecke et de Poipu ; il vous faudra 15 minutes de marche pour remonter par la ceinture verte jusqu’au Grand Hyatt et à la plage de Shipwreck. La plage n’est pas votre truc ? Alors rendez-vous à la piscine (vue imprenable sur l’océan) ou au club de tennis. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. La plupart des restaurants et commerces locaux sont accessibles à pied et/ou à quelques minutes en voiture (1,5 mi). L’un des meilleurs emplacements de tout Poipu, avec un espace piscine panoramique donnant sur la plage.

The location of this property couldn’t be better! Steps to the beach through a beautiful greenway lined with Plumeria trees. (At least i think they’re Plumeria trees). We loved our stay so much that this is the second time we booked this place!

We had a very nice stay here. Beds were comfortable living area and kitchen were very nice. Excellent location. Walking distance to beach restaurants and park. Would definitely stay here again. The location on Poipu Beach is ideal! We walked to Poipu Beach and saw great views from the condo. The pool area is nice, too. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the bedroom area needs updating. The carpet needs to be replaced. When problems arose, the host was very responsive. However, there was no one local to assist us.

The condo had everything we could have possibly needed! It is so spacious and great lanai views. The location is excellent and the exterior property, pool, etc. is stunning. The decor is dated but that wasn't a big deal to me; photos were as expected. Stained carpet needing replaced. Largest complaint is that the A/C is blocked not to go below 75. It was quite warm inside during the day even with all windows open.

Air conditioning was a wall unit upstairs and down. We closed drapes in the afternoon and that helped keep the unit cool. Nice view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit could use updating, carpet has stains but seemed clean. We would rent here again

Fabulous place.

The property has access to three great beaches, two pools and many wonderful hikes around the area. The owners are good communicators and have that Aloha spirit. The condo itself is both luxurious and spacious.

This property is the close to Poipu beach. You can walk to see the turtles in the morning and at night. Had all the beach necessities.

Property was as described, short walk to Poipu beach, amazing views from living area lanai, spacious, well stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. We really enjoyed out stay and would stay there again on a future visit.

Great location and lots of views. Easy to access the beach and turtles everywhere in the Bay. So much fun and gorgeous surroundings. Loved this spot. We will be back!

The condo is in a perfect location. Close to beach, restaurants walking paths, etc. and is in such a gorgeous complex. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 different pools and the complex was very clean and peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks for hanging wet bathing suits and towels. I very much respect and am glad nothing is allowed outside on the porch and lanai however there were 5 adults and a baby with towels and multiple bathing suits. We made due however, maybe some hooks in the showers to hang wet items? IDK just a suggestion. The property is truly beautiful and the views are amazing. Very grateful for our stay there.

Amazing location and property!

The condo is in an amazing location and has wonderful views of the ocean. We enjoyed the short walk to Poipu Beach and all of the amenities in the community. John was a great host and very responsive, and provided very helpful information about the location and suggested activities before our stay. We thoroughly loved our stay at this property and would be happy to stay there again!

Beautiful rental on Kauai!

This property has it all… gorgeous views, comfortable lodging with all housing amenities, and the complex is just so beautiful and well maintained! We had a great time, and John was so responsive to our emails. No complaints, I’m so happy that we found this place!!

Beautiful condo near Poipu beach

Beautiful 2 level condo with view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon and snorkeling gear. Master bedroom has nice covered patio area and en suite bathroom.

this property is amazing! The owner John is extremely responsive and the unit is fully stocked with everything you need including beach, toys, etc. you can walk down to Poipu Beach in about six minutes and the beach to boogie board at in about four minutes.

This was our first time on Kauai and this unit is in a great location! The deck views of the ocean and the sunset were beautiful. The unit was larger and roomier than I thought, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach toys/gear were plentiful and of good quality. Some of the rooms were hard to cool down with the stand-alone A/C units, but this is typical of the islands in general. Most places do not have central air conditioning. If you want this, you'll probably want a hotel. Overall, my family enjoyed staying in this property.

The good news is that our HOA recently approved split-system A/C units and we will be installing one in our unit this Fall. Perhaps you can visit again one day and enjoy the cooler environment (along with the views) ! JF

This was our fourth time staying in this general area in the last six years. We obviously love the area with its easy access to beautiful Poi Pu beach. We traveled with our son, daughter in law, and two grandsons ages 5 and 7. They stayed on the lower floor and my wife and I used the hide a bed on the upper floor. We made several meals in the kitchen although the upper floor was a bit warm. The bedrooms, bath, and showers on the first floor accommodated all of us. The short walk to the two pools was a perfect way for the boys who are not swimmers to enjoy water (minus sand).

When the boys were younger, some of our favorite moments revolved around the Poipu Beach area; snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing in the early evening watching the sunsets. Several years ago we started looking into property ownership and fell in love with the Manualoha complex due to it's location, great views and well manicured grounds. We're excited about owning here and invite you to come share in the wonderful Poipu experience!
