About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with a lake-view pool, BBQ Grill and with lots of room for fun. This Smart Home has 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, High-speed wifi, smart tvs, Alexa and board games. Prime Central location only 13 mins from disney world and 15 minutes away from Universal Studios. Shopping centers, and airport is only minutes away. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Dont Miss out on family friendly fun and book now!
The space
Spacious bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full size beds, and a bunk bed. 2 rooms have private bathrooms with direct access to the pool patio.
Other things to note
Some spaces are going to have different furniture then whats in the 3-d plans. The garage would not be available until mid-late August.

Check in time delayed by host on the day of arrival, but cleaning crew were not ready even at new time. Two beds were missing sheets. Only one extra toilet paper roll per bathroom wasn’t enough. Microwave unreliable. Small ants were found running along countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. One large cockroach seen on the floor as we were leaving. Hot water was unreliable, so 3 of 6 of us had one hot shower in the 4 days we were there. On the positive, it was a beautiful home and the host responded quickly to messages, but was unable to remedy fully most issues while we were there. I asked for a discount, and the host agreed, but haven’t seen it go through yet in two weeks.

The host was very helpful. The house was laid out nicely. And very cozy. The only thing I would suggest is grab bars in the showers. Would definitely stay again

Really cute house and perfect for exactly what we needed. I was there for a national board exam and the location was convenient for that as well as going out a bit. The backyard is really cute with lots of herons and ibis birds in the lake. Beds were comfy! Pool was nice to dip my feet in (Nov. Dec. is a bit too cold to swim). Host was also quick to respond with any questions!

My wife and our two dogs stayed with me at this highly recommended property! Everything was fantastic from the host Johnny being so responsive to all our requests, to the beauty and comfort of the home. Look no further and book at this property!

Really amazing villa fantastic pol and superb views even saw Mr Turtle popping about

We were 2 family’s in the area for a few days., we chose the villa as it looked to suit our needs and it definately did lots of space and rooms to chill out in close to restaurants shops etc. we had a small issue one evening but the owners got that sorted immediately My only one very very small criticism would be needs more plates and serving bowls etc. however . Most homes we stay in are the sameIf you want a calm relaxing family stay in the area then you can’t get much better we would definately book again if visiting the area and would definately recommend as thehouse has been restyled and the flow is fantastic !!!

The house was nice would definitely stay again the only problem I had was the pool guy sowing up on day of check out before 8 in the morning would have been nice to get a heads up but other than that had a good time

Great location and property

Great neighborhood and property. Location is perfect and centric. The lake view is very relaxing and cozy. The host is really nice and friendly. I'll be coming back during summer time because pool was to cold ar this time. I'll rate it 9/10 because of the cold pool and no courtines in the sliding doors.

Family Trip to Universal

Our overall impression was that this property has potential, but it lacks in several details in order to be 5 stars. It's a nice place with a good spacious floorplan. But for starters there was a little bit of a cat smell when you first arrive. I understand it is pet friendly, but air fresheners should be used. Second there was a big puddle of water along the length of the pool that we have to push out with a broom. Seems like someone left the hose on with a small stream and that caused the puddle. Also the cover to the BBQ was left on the ground with lots of water accumulated. Not a very nice impression. Inside the house there were lots of large cobwebs on the ceilings. Also, some of the wallpaper in the main bathroom is peeling. Like I said, it's nice but needs work.
