Superbe emplacement 4 Bdrm Villa - Nouveaux meubles!

Superbe villa de 4 ch près de tous les parcs. Tous les parcs, y compris Disney, Universal et Sea World, sont à environ 35 minutes. C'est un emplacement central pour tout dans la région de Kissimmee. Il y a des tonnes de choses à faire et c'est un endroit très pratique. Walmart et les restaurants sont à environ 3 minutes en voiture.

C'est un endroit super confortable et propre avec de nouveaux meubles et une cour arrière privée avec piscine.

Toute la maison vous appartiendra.

J'ai un gestionnaire immobilier qui habite à proximité et est disponible par téléphone ou par SMS à tout moment. Son nom est David.

C'est central à peu près tout et les magasins et restaurants sont très proches. Le quartier est agréable et bien entretenu aussi.

Je recommande une voiture de location ou Uber / Lyft pour voyager. Les voitures de location sont relativement bon marché depuis l'aéroport d'Orlando.

Il y a un supplément journalier pour le chauffage de la piscine. Veuillez nous informer ou informer le gestionnaire immobilier sur place si vous souhaitez que le chauffage de la piscine soit allumé.

Good size house. The house was dirty, backyard flooded, fence gates were broken and would not close the knob on the dryer broke so we couldn’t use it after the second day the pool was dirty but warm one of the twin beds was broken so the mattress sunk and was unusable we also found fake eyelashes stick to the bathroom vanity and empty drug baggies in the yard luckily my grand children didn’t find the baggies. The house needs a lot of work and care

Check in was a breeze. The property was comfortable and as advertised. Communication was great. WiFi access was accurate and easy (unlike some we have stayed at in recent years). Location was great with shopping, food, and entertainment a short drive away.

Great location!! But everything was old and dirty. Kitchen, furniture, and the garage were filthy. That’s pretty much it. Great place, but definitely needs work.

House had everything we needed. We ran into some minor issues which were quickly resolved by owner and caretaker. They were friendly and easy to contact, which is extremely important to me. The pool is fantastic and heated and we loved it.

February in Kissimmee

The house is very spacious in a very nice neighborhood. Location was great. We contacted the property manager to get the heater for the pool turned on at 6:00 pm one evening. The next morning we were enjoying a very warm pool! Best money spent. Even with the cool February evenings, the pool was amazing!

Interesting stay

Mostly good. House could use some cleaning and linens such as the comforter could be washed. The house was spacious and roomy. Loved the huge master bath. Since it got very cold heating was a problem, so I bought some space heaters and was reimbursed, thanks to the owner.

The house was big enough for the whole family. Pump in the pool wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed until our 3rd day there. Pool was kind of dirty and bunch of inflatables had food or something on it that attracted a lot of ants. Grill was very rusty and dirty. Overall the inside of the house was decent. Would stay there again.

Great family rental

We visited with 3 children and 8 adults. This property was a great fit for us. Two bedrooms had bunkbeds plus an additional twin perfect for the kids. The property manager was quick to help when the toaster wasn't working. There were a few quick fixes that need to be done such as replace burnt out light bulbs and some cosmetic needs in the master bathroom. Nothing that limited or disrupted our stay. The pool was great. We opted for pool heat which we loved. My kids lived in the pool. Would visit again.

The pool is super cool and clean but the house was really dirty, especially the Floor and the showers. We loose a day because we had to clean the house. We noticed our guest but he did not seen to care.

I took 17 photos upon check in of dirt and damage. Emailed property manager to let them know the property is not as advertised and I would be giving a bad review. Embarrassed that my family had to stay there and will not even return.

unpleasant stay

I have several things to complain about, and before I left a bad review here, I sent an email to the owner and he didn't reply. Dirty house, old and torn sheets and towels, few and old utilities, we paid for the pool heating and it didn't work, lack of lighting and cleanliness in the pool and barbecue…

not up to the VRBO standards we are used to.

Dirty baseboards, a/c vents, comforters and patio. No cleaning supplies, no hand towels. dish rags and tea towels had to be requested. Generally uncared for. Extractor fan in restroom made a horrendous noise. No drinking glasses, just plastic. Soft creaky bed. Would never go there again.

Thanks for your feedback. The vents do rust very quickly in the humidity and the baseboards do seem to look more dirty due to the same problem, but they are cleaned regularly. We are implementing a regular painting schedule to address the appearance of dirt on these items.

The place was absolutely gross and nasty I will never ever ever stay at this location or trust we tried the first day we came in it was bugs dirt everywhere every part of the house was dirty even the sheets on the bed Pat stands on them I asked the I guess hose or / property manager was the other two reviews previously was rectified and the answer I got wasn't very insurance I'm going to upload a few pictures so you can see so I don't want nobody else to fall in this predicament if you like nastiness then book it oh by the way it will not let you update any pictures isn't that something it should tell you something

Nice size

The house was great for our 11 quest.. the location was nice (the road was terrible that its on). We rented this house mostly for the pool (which was great) and the pool table (which was not) the stick were broken, we was told we would get more did not. The bunk bed are old and wearing out, but worked fine (also, had 1 set of steps for both rooms to use) that was a pain. The couch was wore out and makes noise, but overall comfy. We saw two mice, they were fast to get someone out. Didnt catch them, but we kept our stuff put away.. so we loved that. Most all the beds were great except the one with a queen bed (noise and very hard). In the kitchen- there was pots and pans but ONLY small ones.. just making eggs i had to use two at a time. Overall, i think the house needs a good updating but worked good enough.. Not sure id dtay again with out some updating for what we paid..

The pool was wonderful even not being heated. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We used a lot of disposable cups, plates, and silverware to save us time.
