Private bedroom suite with ensuite full private bathroom within a quaint three bedroom Cape Cod conveniently located on a quiet wooded acre near Sag Harbor Village (4 miles) and East Hampton Village (3 miles). Bay and Ocean beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, movie theater, galleries, and other nearby amenities. Room for 3 persons with private entrance and a high end Murphy bed. Full private bathroom. There's an extra twin bed in the loft area so there's room for 3 persons! Also our small heated plunge pool is finished and ready for use. A new poolhouse is ready too, with a large outdoor shower for guests use.
Adults only in the pool.
The bedroom Suite is attached to the main house .

Enchanting cottage in East Hampton

We stayed at Adam's for two nights and loved this cozy beautiful cottage! The location is wonderfully quiet but only a few miles from town. Highly recommend!

Adam and Annette had everything ready, communicated in advance & throughout our stay to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Beds were very comfortable & the water pressure in the bath was great. Two women traveling alone and we always felt safe.

Was there on business. Great location and place was great for anyone looking for great access to Sag Harbor and East Hamptons! Fully furnished w everything you need. Host was very available and communicative!! Great stay!

Excellent stay in East Hampton with Adam

The apartment was cozy and beautiful. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and is a short drive to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Adam is a great host and very helpful and available. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing cottage in East Hampton!

Adam's location in East Hampton was the perfect weekend getaway. He was very accommodating and responsive. It was a convenient distance to Sag Harbor and Montauk. We will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend Adam's place to everyone.

Wonderful, Unique & Quiet in East Hampton, NY!

My first time booking on Vrbo for a July wedding weekend and WOW! What an amazing, clean, quiet guesthouse with a dipping pool surrounded by Hamptons nature. I parked right next to the door and very easy access to the property! Had great A/C too! The Hosts were great and very helpful. Easy access to Town of East Hampton plus Montauk Highway for daytrips-like the Montauk Lighthouse. Truly a great getaway place to chill!

“Girls” Trip Fun!

This property was perfect for lifelong friends in town for the wedding of another friend’s daughter. Location was excellent, close to village and wedding venue. We enjoyed shopping and dining in East Hampton as well as a visit to Main Beach. Property was clean and well appointed. Loft access with ladder stairs could be difficult for some in our age group (including one of our party) but I had no difficulty with it. Owner was extremely responsive. I definitely recommend!

Perfect location and easy going owner

My daughter and I had an amazing experience renting Adam's place. From the moment we arrived, Adam's helpful and easy going nature made us feel right at home. The location of the house was absolutely perfect for our time in the Hamptons, meeting all our needs and enhancing our overall experience. Our stay exceeded all expectations. A friend and I came for a wedding and stayed just a weekend. The house is very charming, tucked away off the road in it's own private wooded enclave. The guest quarters is secluded, functional, and full of classic Hamptons charm and decor. With myself having the downstairs and my friend having his own bed upstairs in the loft. It was more than enough space for the two of us. The location is unbeatable too — convenient to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor, with the village, shopping, restaurants, and the beach all an easy reach. Not walkable, but less than a 5-10 minute drive from all attractions. What really made the stay though was the host, who went above and beyond at every turn. As newcomers to the area, we especially appreciated how they took the time to educate us about the area — sharing the best spots to eat, explore, and get our bearings, which made our time so much more enjoyable than most others in the wedding party. Check-in was seamless, the cottage was very clean, and every thoughtful detail showed how much care they put into the place. If you're considering this rental, don't overthink it, book it — five stars isn't enough.
