Cette maison de vacances de luxe Crescent Beach Club est située directement sur la plage de Sand Key, à seulement ½ mile au sud de la célèbre plage de Clearwater. Une vraie trouvaille rare! Profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle sur le golfe du Mexique depuis votre balcon privé au 12ème étage. Asseyez-vous au bord de la piscine chauffée ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous tout en admirant le sable blanc et l'eau bleu-vert. Cette résidence joliment décorée sera si confortable que vous ne voudrez plus la quitter. La suite principale offre un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, un dressing et une salle de bains de luxe. La 2ème chambre a un lit king et une télévision à écran plat. Canapé-lit dans le salon. Savourez des repas dans la toute nouvelle cuisine gastronomique avec tout le confort de la maison que vous désirez. Profitez de la télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon. Restez connecté avec Internet sans fil. Avoir votre buanderie privée située à l'intérieur de l'unité est une commodité. Overall, the property was nice. Great balcony with ocean views to the west. Nice beach location with walking opportunities both on the beach and on the walks on the street side. The property was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of various sizes of pots and pans as well as baking dishes. There were multiple beach chairs and an umbrella for use which both worked out well. There were NO towels or dish cloths in the kitchen; we ended up using wash cloths and hand towels from one of the bathrooms which might have been an issue if we had more than two people. The interior of the unit while functional, is in serious need of maintenance and updating/refreshing. There are multiple locations that had patches on ceilings and walls, damaged kitchen flooring, poor painting and patching in the master bath.

Hmmm We do wish we had heard from you during your stay regarding these concerns. If there were no washcloths available, we would have gladly had some dropped off immediately had we been notified rather than leaving a 3 star. Regarding the patches on the wall, honestly, this is the first time I’m hearing from it,but we will have maintenance take a look. We do appreciate your stay and your feedback.

We enjoyed our stay at condo 12B Crescent beach club, had easy and prompt communication with itrip staff. Beautiful and comfortable condo, well equiped with great outdoor entretainment options. We especially enjoyed the balcony which is nicely furnished. The condo is vey spacious, very confortable matresses. Would definetly stay again. Thank you Itrip.

Wonderful 5 week stay on Sand Key in this great Crescent Beach Club condo right on the beach. Condo was as described with the perfect view of the beach and dolphins every day. Comfortable living room and master bedroom. Minor issues were resolved promptly by Itrip. Already booked this unit again! Unit needs new trash can in kitchen and balcony flooring is very worn/stained.

Best View Ever

The condo was nice. Need to update the furniture and blinds. They let a lot of light in when trying to sleep. Kitchen utensils could use updated along with pots and pans. Other than that, it was safe, true to the listing on VRBO. Oh and if you stay there, take your own chairs and umbrella.

Thank you for your review. The owner recently replaced ALL furniture and bedding and several kitchen items have been replaced or replenished. There are beach chairs and an umbrella provided for guests use, so no need to bring your own.

Great location but poor upkeep

Overall we enjoyed our stay.The biggest issue for us was that unit was not properly cleaned,windows were dirty, a lot of dust,bed sheets very old dishes not clean and put away in the cupboard.Cleaning crew had to come in on the second day after our check-in. Pool has a lot of rules, can be challenging with kids to meet all of them. cclean up replace some beding sheets

Great view!

The unit was clean with a great view! Only problem was that maintenance came and replaced the flapper in the master bathroom toilet. It wasn’t leaking before the change but began leaking shortly after. I called it in but no one came back to fix it. Beyond that, you can’t beat the location and the staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this unit!

Wouldn’t rent again

Condo was filthy..did contact property manager n they did make it right…condo owner needs to update furniture, old bath towels , bed sheets n comforters…there r 4 nice BBQ grills but this condo had no grilling utensils…had to travel to find anything to do…renters n owners had difficulty opening locked gates…so many rules to list

Wonderful location.We enjoyed our stay. The only downside with this condo unit is that the kitchen is not properly stocked. We needed a blender, mixer, pie plates, spatulas and various other utensils in the kitchen.

Crescent Beach Club Building One

This was our 5th year staying at Crescent Beach Club because we love Sand Key, the beach, and everything about the location, as well as the amenities of the building itself. More than building two of CBC, the sun is always on the balcony and pool in building one, but both buildings face the ocean from EVERY balcony and you can use either pool. This was our first time staying in this particular unit. Staying on the 12th floor is wonderful, with incredible sunsets every night. There is more than enough room for two couples in this unit. We had an overall relaxing stay. The unit itself, though, was a bit tired, and initially not as clean as we have experienced previous years, and was missing several key things. However, when made aware, the property manager provided a few of the things we needed in a timely manner. Crescent Beach Club is a wonderful place for a relaxing time away from life with many units available for rent. Highly recommend the area and Crescent Beach Club overall.

Doesn't surprise me that no email request was sent from homeaway for a review of this condo. This property was not a luxury rental, It was worse than a Motel 6. Dirty when arrived, hair and urine in bathroom. Kitchen garbage can never cleaned, counters and floors filthy. Black mold around vents in bathroom. Shower head frozen, couldn't adjust the spray on shower (didn't want to break it) kitchen sink faucet also frozen. Towels and beds old. Alarm clock not working in master. Blinds were broken in both bedrooms. Sofa had stains and was not a sofa sleeper as described. Screen to balcony was broken, light on balcony didn't work. Was told itrip would call me back when I complained, no response. Terrible rental experience!

Condo has been totally remodeled. Kitchen is brand new with all new appliances. sofa has been replaced. Master bathroom has been remodeled. Blinds have been replaced.

Amazing vacation

We stay in this property for 14 nights, its an awesome location, the condo its very safe and very well organized also very neat, the staff there are very friendly. Great size pool, excellent view of the sunset ! The apartment its like it shows in the pictures, except the owner replaced the sofa. The kitchen its a good size if you like to cook. The only down side its the mattresse in the master bed it needs to be replaced because its not in a good condition. Overall, we love to stay in this property we highly recommend !
