Upon walking in to the condo, the living room is to your left and dining to your right.

Living room features plenty of room to gather, a fireplace, sliding door to a beautiful patio and a reading nook. *Window unit AC

Dining area comfortably sits 6 with an additional 3 stools at the counter.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation.
Stackable washer and dryer in unit.

Master bedroom features king bed, beautiful bathroom with double vanity and spa-like shower, fireplace, sliding door to a juliet balcony and TV.

Second bedroom features a queen bed and tv.

3rd bedroom features a full and twin bed.

The 2nd bathroom has a PRIVATE SAUNA - the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.

The whole condo is yours during your stay with exception to a small owner lockout. The hot tub is also shared and is open during the ski season.

The condo has a keypad for independent check-in. With that being said, we want your vacation to be flawless and will be available before your stay for planning, and during your stay for any questions or issues may arise.

Visiting Family

Listing was accurate. Condo was very clean, well appointed and the assigned parking was appreciated. Very close to Historic main street, restaurants and bus stop. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would stay again and highly recommend the property.

Fantastic condo; great location

We enjoyed a wonderful few days with friends in this very well situated condo. Location is close to everything, and garage larking makes exploring the area super easy. Condo is one of the best I’ve booked - comfortable beds, well laid out, outdoor patios; furniture and kitchen all modern and well equipped.

Perfect location, just 2 blocks off on the main drag

While the building is clearly older, this unit has been nicely remodeled making it bright, clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It was perfect for my stay with 3 young adults who loved being able to walk to town to eat, drink, and shop. We were all very happy.

Great 3 Bedroom on Park Avenue

This is a great VRBO unit on Park Avenue in a quaint complex that was very clean and kept up nicely. Very secure and quiet spot. It is right on Bus path so easy to get Deer Valley or Park City resort, and short walk to Town Lift and Main Street. Host was very communicative and helpful.

The Perfect Ski Getaway

This condo in Park City exceeded our expectations. Great location just a short walk to downtown dining, shops and ski lifts. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with room to entertain and relax. Newly renovated, comfortable and well stocked. Sarah was a great host and answered all our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property and cant wait to return next winter.
