Villa in Selbyville with water park and fitness center

Large villa located in Bayside in the Point on a pond including 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 master suites, screen porch, outside courtyard, garage and outdoor shower. 2 big screen tv’s, 3 bedroom tv’s and wifi. Beach bikes included as well as outdoor grill. Enjoy all the amenities Bayside has to offer including 4 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, kayaking, hiking trails, the beach at the Point, the Freeman Music Stage, and the spectacular views of the bay! Also, enjoy the beach shuttle that takes you to Fenwick Island Beach located 4 miles away.
Please note that there is a $115 charge per person per week to use all Bayside amenities excluding golf course.
--Also please note that linens and towels are not provided.
Air conditioned accommodations at this villa offer fireplaces and DVD players. Some rooms open to balconies. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stovetops, microwave, coffee maker and cookware/dishes/utensils.
This Selbyville villa provides complimentary wireless internet access. Business friendly amenities include desk and desk chair.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious with room for everyone to spread out. The community was amazing with so much to do for all ages, with the surrounding area having even more! Close enough for us to enjoy the OC Boardwalk without the kids asking to go everyday - LOL. We made several trips to the beach at Fenwick Island State Park which was a super family friendly. Loved everything about our stay, and Monica was so easy to communicate with and answered ALL our questions leading up to our visit! We were a group of 12 (3 families, 7 kids ages 7-19)

Wonderful home, excellent amenities and very responsive owners. Could use more silverware in the kitchen though, and probably more kitchen utensils if you’re cooking there. Overall wonderful, thank you!

Amazing time at Bayside

We had an amazing time at this property—three families, lots of kids, and somehow none of them were crabby (we’re pretty sure it’s because they were too busy having fun). The house was spacious, clean, and super close to all our favorite spots near the shore. Monica, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful—an absolute gem. Yes, the amenity passes are a little pricey, but if you’ve got kids, they’re worth every penny. There’s tons for them to enjoy, which means the grownups get to relax too. We’d absolutely stay here again—just don’t book our week!

Beautiful home

We had a lovely time and enjoyed this vacation home! Spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay a good one. Only drawback is the open concept with a TV upstairs and a TV downstairs, as the sounds from both TVs reverb off the high ceiling and interfere with each other. I found the amenities fees to be excessive when spending the kind of money we did on this rental property. Owners were terrific and Monica was quick to respond regarding check-in and other questions, and when the air conditioning was not working, she was quick to reach out and have someone there that afternoon to fix it. We had a lovely time! Thank you!

I'll echo everything others already said about it being a great property and how awesome Monica was to work with. We had lots of questions and she answered them all quickly.Regarding the amenity fees...that's not something the owner of the house controls, so I wouldn't drop your review score over that.You do have to bring your own linens with this property or rent them. This is disclosed up front, but I just thought I'd throw it in here to give you another chance to see it. We had family traveling long distances, so they didn't have enough room in their luggage to bring linens. We didn't have enough for all the beds so we had to rent. The beauty of that is that you can rent linens! I had no idea before this trip.
