Located in the quiet yet centrally located Congress Park neighborhood, you will be called to stroll to the best of Denver's restaurants, recreation and entertainment. The Bungalow maximizes easy living w/ comfy bedding, separate office, ample closet space and storage, a cheery garden-level rec room/3rdbedroom, and private yard. Remodeled in 2017, the house boasts an inviting, new, fully stocked kitchen, huge granite countertops great for working, cooking and hosting, a new bathroom and solar panels that power the house.
The whole house and private backyard are yours! The main level has two bedrooms (king and queen memory foam mattresses, down comforters and pillows and ample closet space), bathroom, office, kitchen, dining room and living area. The garden level basement has the laundry room w/ new, large washer and dryer, queen bed, pull out couch and storage areas. It also serves as a great rec room for kids! The front porch sits well above the street and is a great perch to watch the world go by or enjoy the large fenced-in yard and patio bbqing with sitting areas, beautiful plantings and soft grass.

The Monroe Bungalow is located in the quiet Denver Congress Park neighborhood made up of turn-of-the-century brick bungalows with front porches and rows of mature trees, and it is close to everything! The house is a 10-minute drive downtown or a 5-15 minute walk to the 12th St neighborhood center, 9&Co, the Colfax District, the Cherry Creek North shopping district, the Botanic Gardens, the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science, and several parks including Congress Park, Cheesman Park and City Park!!
The neighbors are kind, modest and out and about enjoying the Colorado sunshine come snow or heat! Enjoy the beautiful gardens along the parkways on your way to lunch or a park. In the summertime, the Congress Park Pool is the place to be with an Olympic-sized lap pool, baby pool, water aerobics classes, a fantastic playground and soft blue grass fields that tickle your bare toes. Once you visit, you will want to move here!
