Features a full kitchen, dedicated workspaces, cozy fireplace, private fenced patio with grill, and a dedicated parking spot. Perfect for your Colorado adventure, with modern decor and high ceilings creating a bright, inviting home base.

We allow up to two dogs with a pet fee.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire basement apartment. There is no guest access to the upstairs apartment, which is occupied by long-term renters.

The only place we were comfortable was on the beds in the bedroom. The living room furniture was hard and not a place to plop and rest. We were also locked out for an hour until we could reach the host due to battery failure in the keypad. Also, no salt/sand available for icy concrete steps. The kitchen,bath and bedrooms were fine.

Great addition of HVAC in the unit since we stayed last. The apartment is bright and airy, exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It was our first time staying with our children. It was great having a crib and full washer & dryer. And the location just can't be beat, with Washington Park steps away, including the pool and playgrounds. Diana was consistently responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Easy Washington Park stay

Within walking distance to a popular neighborhood park and coffee shops. Very comfortable beds. We were in Colorado for a work trip and to enjoy the area and this location let us do just that.

Wonderful location

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Washington Park Getaway. Literally steps from Washington Park, we loved being able to walk with my daughter’s dog. It was a beautiful weekend. The place itself is great
basement level but a place for sunlight on the patio. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely stay there again.

Wash Perfect

This place was in the perfect location for visiting my daughter at Denver University and visiting other local attractions. The space was clean and comfortable and best of all came with a parking spot. The owner was very clear with communication and expectations for the stay. I will definitely book this VRBO again for future visits to Denver

Great Property and Host!

I was in Colorado for a funeral and wanted a quiet place for me and my son. This was a perfect spot!The space was clean and we were near beautiful Wash Park, close to stores, restaurants and I-25. Beth was responsive and quick to accommodate any requests or needs I had. I would highly recommend this place! had.

Great location, super clean!

If you want to be close to all Denver has to do, this is th e place to stay! Washington park an awesome place to relax and have fun ! Really enjoyed the apartment, nicely furnished and comfortable. Maybe just a little too cool with the A/C. Overall, I would stay here again. Great place!
