It is situated on an asphalt road just 15 min south of Dominical and 5 min north of Uvita. With Playa Hermosa beach 5 minutes drive away wonderful place to watch the sunset or have a sunrise surf.

This brand new house has a spectacular spacious upper floor master bedroom with wrap around private balcony, four poster bed, double shower all with 180 ocean views and intimate outdoor Jungle bathroom with secluded hot-tub.

The villa has two further upper floor bedrooms one with a king-size bed and one with a queen bunk bed both en-suite with ocean views and private balconies.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with king-size bed, en-suite with sea views and private balcony.

The living area is open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, it is perfectly designed for the tropics as it opens up to a huge outside terrace with a comfortable sofa, large outdoor dining area and king size hanging bed, a comfortable place to relax and watch the toucans & macaws fly by.

The terrace extends to a 12 person floating jacuzzi the perfect spot to enjoy sundowner cocktails or for a warm soak under the beautiful moonlit, starry Costa Rican skies. In addition there's a dip pool to cool off on those warm sunny days.

The house comes equipped with top-quality amenities and fiber internet (up to 100Mbps) throughout.

The lower floor is the entertainment level, consisting of a huge 22 meter pool with lap lane and shallow baby pool shaded under a rustic palapa.

The indoor-outdoor beach bar, lounge area with barbecue & kitchen is a great place to chill by day or night for a bite to eat and glass of wine poolside.

There's a dedicated games room with pool table and games console,
and a fully equipped air conditioned gym with treadmill, cross trainer , and weights station.

Situated below the pool level is the pool house , a self contained fully equipped jungle casita with private veranda and jungle /ocean views.

The beginner surf beach break of Dominicalito is just 10 minutes away.
It is also 30 min from Quepos airport and 40 min from the famous Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. There is plenty of beautiful beaches, surf, rivers, waterfalls, and restaurants within a short drive (4x4 not needed).
