Location and property was perfect for my visit to Homestead. Recommend more attention to detail on the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms.

Clean, comfortable and close to National Parks!

We were in Homestead to visit Everglades and Biscayne National Parks and this was a perfect place for our family of four to stay comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked so we could prepare meals at home, everything was clean and very comfortable for all. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

This was a nice little house in Homestead, and close to both Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. We were easily able to drive to both parks, with each being about 15 minutes away. The place was clean and a good space for my family to stay at. It’s a great option if you are visiting the parks.

Central Location

Convenient location to both Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. Clean with ample space for our family with three teens as long as someone doesn’t mind sleeping in the living room. Back patio provided a nice escape despite being in a relatively crowded neighborhood.

This property was exactly what we needed for a few days of sightseeing and relaxing evenings to rest up for the next day. The manager was quick to respond to inquiries. The location was great with quick access to major sights.

great trip to Everglades

Outside was a little disconcerting, but inside was very clean and efficient. Everything worked great. We had a wonderful time spending several days in the Glades using this location as our base.

Property was as described. Only one night stay but check in/out was a breeze, price was right, it was clean and well kept with all the basics in case you forgot something. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I was in town.

Family Visit

stayed here for a short family visit. Property is clean, in good condition and as advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities including coffee, spices, condiments, utensils, etc. Javier was responsive and easy to communicate with and was very helpful returning our iPad that we mistakenly left behind.

Perfect for a visit to National parks

We used this home as a base for seeing Biscayne (20 minutes), Everglades (1-1.5 hrs), and Big Cypress (1.5 hrs). It was clean and just as pictured. It had everything we needed for a short visit. And close to multiple grocery and restaurant options. Definitely recommend.

Great location for National Parks trip

We stayed in Homestead for a central location to visit all of the parks in South Florida. Javier's place is just as pictured, clean, great location and a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed mornings and dinner on the patio after days in the parks. We appreciated the new bed linens! I wouldn't hesitate to book with Javier.
