Stunning newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bath custom home. Open floor plan, spacious bedrooms, all new appliances everything you need to cook with and large kitchen island. Nice deep single car garage. You can relax on the large patio in back as you BBQ up a feast. Home is equipped with central air, cable TV and internet. We are 5 miles from the airport and about 8 miles from UofO. This is home is sure to delight and meet all your expectations. i

We were in town for a Duck football game that coincided with UofO Parents Weekend. We got a late start on our lodging plans and were a little farther away from campus than we usually stay. However, we found we were able to get anywhere around campus and the stadium between 10-15 min and it was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood at the end of the day. Our host, Michael, was super easy to communicate with before and during our rental period. The home was so clean when we arrived and the house even better than the pictures! The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The tropical theme was fun too ;) Would be happy to return here in the future!

Great Cottage

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was clearly thought through to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the detail around the interior of the house, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Michael is always responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. We have stayed here 3 different times. Even Better Than the Pictures!!

From the heated bathroom floors, to the spacious open floor plan, this place was so dreamy! Our outdoor plans were thwarted by rain, but we found games in the console to keep us entertained! Very clean and organized, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and blankets

Beautiful house in Eugene

This gem of a house is well equipped and very comfortable! The house was spacious -perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable! Our host had it decorated for fall-which was a nice touch. We were there for a football game at Oregon, the house was close enough to campus. Also there are grocery stores and restaurants near by if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have used the outdoor area-would have been a great place to hang out in the evening!

Beautiful Eugene home!

We stayed at this beautiful home to attend an Oregon Ducks game. The home was beautiful! Even nicer than the photos show. The owner was very responsive and very very kind when we had a family emergency. It was easy to get to and from downtown Eugene and to the game. The neighborhood and area was also nice and relaxing. Will stay here again!
