Casa Del Root avec piscine, bain à remous, pédalo, course à pied et pistes cyclables

Capturez Eugene avec une expérience de villégiature située au cœur d'athlétisme de l'Université de l'Oregon et une grande partie de l'habitat naturel qui règne dans la vallée. Situé sur une voie d'eau naturelle avec le paddle, le canoë, le kayak et un chat Hobie. Cette maison de 5 chambres à coucher et 5 salles de bain accueillera à bien des égards le café du matin sur la plage, nager tard dans la piscine ou vous détendre du bain à remous. Il y a beaucoup de vie sauvage pour vous divertir aussi. Vous serez à une courte distance de marche du stade Autzen, du parc PK, du terrain de Pape pour le football, le football, la crosse et le baseball. Il y a une piste de BMX compétitive au niveau national à proximité. Le fameux sentier du Pré vous donne accès à une série de pistes et d'avenues pour tous les événements universitaires et les achats. Il y a 4 vélos pour faire un tour du centre-ville au marché des fermiers ou au tristement célèbre trajet de 15 min de Hayward Field. Asseyez-vous sur la plage de sable tôt le matin avec votre café encourageant les coureurs ou admirez ce beau cabernet comme les couchers de soleil sur l'eau. USA Track and Field Nationals at U of O Hayward Field

Perfect location and home for 4 days of Track Outdoor Nationals at U of O. Fun to watch all the runners on the Pre Trail right from the house. The pool was a great way to cool off each day. The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Beds, linens, and towels were very comfortable.

Family Gathering Place

We needed a place to gather with family who live in Eugene. This was the ideal place. The home is very welcoming and the outdoor options are amazing. There are kayaks, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, and areas to play games and sit and talk. Inside and out, this home is perfect for memories.

A little slice of heaven in Eugene

This property has a wonderful location in Eugene, and a very nice property owner. I went to the UofO, and never knew this neighborhood on the river even existed. It was wonderful to sit by the river every evening, and with a pool included. Great spot!

We are sharing our gratitude through the space we have grown in while living in Eugene our whole lives. We have been fortunate to have found our own vacation spot all year round at our home.
While this is our primary family gathering residence, schooling, work travel, and volunteering is keeping us very busy. We would like to share our experience of balance and peace while you are in Eugene.

So many choices! Once you arrive and take in a morning or evening you will see our affliction with this particular spot. With so much very close in city life, athletics, cultural arts, and nearby wilderness, it is often surreal that we are in a local neighborhood in Eugene.

Yes!
The water features and small wildlife which create a great calm you cannot escape.
Having dock access to canoe, kayak, paddle boarding, fishing, and the pool for lounging then soaking from the hot tub in the evening, are all very unique.
You will return to a place in a divine space after a day of working an Olympic track meet trial, children's Oregon graduation or move in, in town for business, or any number of family gatherings. Maybe just to relax and take in some PAC12 College sports. All in walking distnace
