Fully renovated 1920’s home in the heart of campus. Five blocks to Hayward Field and the bookstore. Located at 20th and Alder, you'll be in the heart of campus, convenient to everything University of Oregon has to offer.
You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Eugene, or a long-term stay. You'll appreciate this fully outfitted campus home, filled with all the amenities you'd want in your own home.

Guests will have access to the entire home. You will need to share driveway with guests staying in guest house/Alder B
Other things to note
We love pets!
If you choose to bring a furry friend, please let us know ahead of time and note the $50 pet fee. There is extra cleaning involved as our pets leave hair behind. Please pick up after your animal (particularly feces outside), if we have to pay our cleaner to pick it up, the cost will be passed on to you. Thanks for your help and understanding!

We loved this house on a corner lot in Eugene. We enjoyed our walks in this lovely neighborhood with its charming homes and beautiful gardens. The rental was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Thank you Leif and Leah!

This property was perfect for our family weekend!! We came down for the first game of the season and the location was ideal. Close to campus, walkable to Autzen & centrally located to restaurants and hikes. The house is renovated but still has all the charm of those older houses (i wanted to move in ). There are two AC window units in the house, one in the main living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. The house was pretty warm when we first got there but cooled down at night and cooled down quickly for the weekend. They also had fans for the two bedrooms without a window unit that helped keep it cool at night. Leif responded quickly and answered any questions we had. They also accommodated an early check in which was helpful for part of our group that had been camping several days prior. Overall a great stay! We would DEFINITELY stay here again on our next visit to Eugene!!

Campus House

A delightful home conveniently located near the University of Oregon campus in a very pleasant neighborhood. Delightfully decorated, and comfortable. No bathroom on the main floor with living room, kitchen and for the bedroom with the Murphy bed, which was a bit inconvenient. But overall, it was a wonderful and cozy home.

Highly Recommend

We stayed here with our family during a swim meet at the Amazon Pool, which was less than 1-mile away. It was the perfect spot for us. The house had all the amenities, and then some. We had some issues in getting the code upfront (more a platform issue) but owners got right back to us with the info (even though they were traveling abroad.) The location is great - very central.The house can fit 6 upstairs - and has a murphy bed downstairs, in a cute little room off the dining area. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying in this home!

My family stayed in this house to visit my daughter at University of Oregon. The location was great, we liked being able to walk to things. Everything was very nice and clean. We especially loved the living room area with the window seats! It was a perfect combination of old charm and modern upgrades. The only warning I have is that the fourth bedroom is a Murphy bed surrounded by windows with no closet space or dresser and it hard to get into the room, unless the Murphy bed is up. It is also right off the dining room area so do not put the person who likes to sleep in at that bedroom

Girlfriend Reunion

4 friends from high school came up to visit. We had a great time. We did a wine and painting night and had a blast. After going snowboarding we came back to the house, ordered in and just relaxed. This house was very comfortable and cozy.

Holiday Gathering

It is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well stocked and very clean. There are 2 bathrooms but they both are located upstairs which may be a hinderance for handicapped people.

Home away from Campus

Incredibly convenient 10 minute walk to campus. Updated historic home with all of the amenities of a modern home. Tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Came for football the first weekend in December and there was a Christmas tree up and the mantle decorated! Can comfortably accommodate two families given the finished basement.
