Besides the sparkling pool (ask 48 before for it to be heated), there’s an amazing Fire Pit and a spectacular outdoor terrace which includes the following: ping pong table, sectional, Smart TV, a dining table, a kitchen and a grill.



The interior of the Villa has an impeccable design. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a pool table, 4 bedrooms (all have a closet) and 3 bathrooms.



The Villa has undergone an extensive remodeling, boasting a perfect setup for our guests.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



★SECURITY CAMERAS/NOISE MONITORING ★



Please note that there are 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.



Additionally, the Villa is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a nice and safe residential neighborhood. It's near all the top spots of Miami that are perfect to complement your stay, such as the beach.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
