Welcome to our beautiful home, Summerland, in the Schooner Ridge neighborhood of Duck, NC; a stunning coastal oasis that offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxed beach living. As you step inside, you will be greeted by the ground level game room. The second floor features 4 bedrooms (2 Queen bedrooms, a room with 2 twins, and a bunk room which has a full-sized bottom bunk, a twin-sized top bunk, and a twin-sized pull-out trundle). This floor also features 2 full bathrooms.

Upstairs, you will be greeted by a bright and airy living room that features plenty of seating. The open-concept design allows for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; making it easy to entertain and spend quality time with your loved ones. The peaceful screened-in porch, a guest favorite, is accessible off of the dining area. This floor also features a Queen bedroom and another full bathroom.

The home features five beautifully decorated bedrooms, providing comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure on the beach or exploring the town of Duck.
