The historical essence of the 1809-built house is artfully preserved through a comprehensive 2023 renovation.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, this cozy three-story former mill worker's house offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. With the primary bedroom is on the top floor, complete with an adjoining full bath. The bottom floor boasts a versatile space featuring a 55" smart TV, couch with chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed, a cozy free standing gas fireplace, and a small desk to work on your laptop. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils to cater to your cooking needs and includes standard spices. The two covered porches invite you to unwind while you watch the river. During the chilly evenings, you can gather around one of the two fire pits. Originally from Pittsburgh, we have been in the Baltimore / Howard County area for years raising two wonderful children. We bought this place in 2020 and worked hard to save it from ruin as it was just an empty shell. We restored the cottage in a historically sensitive way allowing for modern conveniences.
