The Neighborhood:
Appleton is one of the few midwest downtowns left that continue to thrive and grow. With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center and the best farmers market north of Madison, THIS is where you want to be. Not to mention an awesome night life downtown scene!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are abundant and ready to take you wherever you want to go. There is also a city bus station a few blocks away. The downtown area is VERY safe and you can easily walk anywhere down here at any time of day or night.

Interaction with Guests:
You have private access via a keypad lock to the spaces upstairs, so will let you come and go uninterrupted on your own. However, should any questions arise, we are just a phone call or text message away.

Very cute apartment within walking distance of what we were there for….The Performing Arts Center. Had a couple questions and the owner was very quick to respond. One downfall was you only get one parking pass, however, public parking ramp is a couple blocks down.

Great apartment
Very cute, comfortable loft apartment located downtown within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping. Easy check in/check out process and good communication by email and text. The train does go by at night, but it was not a problem for us. Apartment includes white noise machine and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again.

Great location
This location is perfect if you are visiting Appleton for a conference or leisure. It’s cozy with all the amenities and is very walkable from most downtown locations and the Fox Cities Exhibition center-
