Enjoy amazing evening sunsets at this three bedroom lakefront home. Home has a queen bed in each bedroom (2 bedrooms) upstairs and another bedroom in lower level (1 full size bed and 1 twin.). It also has extra sleeping accommodations in the LR and sunroom (extra fee will apply.). Wifi available and TV (local channels plus fire stick.) Catch a fish off the dock (seating at dock) or just enjoy the wildlife on the water. Very quiet neighborhood and awesome location on the Fox River and the beginning of Little Lake Butte Des Morts! Ring security camera at front of garage facing driveway and street.

Really enjoyed this property. Very comfortable and beautiful. We are from Arizona. The fire place was beautiful and WARM. Thank you for the flexibility on the day we left. Last minute I needed to stay for an extra hour for an online work meeting. They were flexible, accommodating, and helpful.

Air Show Landing Pad

We had a great stay at this house for the Oshkosh Air Show! Comfortable with wonderful views! Enjoyed the fire pit one night during sunset. The hosts were easily reachable when needed!

Great time relaxing

Property has great view of the Fox River and is very close to the main part of Appleton where we spent most of our time. Interior appears to be recently renovated and is very comfortable.

Great Appleton House

This guest broke several house rules during his stay. He tried to enter the property the day of check in 4 hours early without asking prior.. made demands that were unobtainable, just overall difficult guest. We also inquired to him after checkout as one of his guests smoked in the house and none of the checkout procedures were done. We assume this why he did such a low stats for the property

Please note that "NO" visitors are allowed on the property, as stated in the welcome note received one day before our stay. I understood that there were no visitors overnight, but this meant that no one was allowed on the property but those who were staying. Not nice to find this out when you are visiting family and you are out of town. Plus house is up for sale!! Then she should not be renting out house.

The property is a serene spot on the river. Great spot to unwind after whatever brings you to the area. There was room to host a meal for my family and to watch a football game. The location for us was perfect to access highway 441 to go everywhere we wanted to be. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Great property but unethical behavior by host/owner. We booked a 2 week stay but on the third day a for sale sign was placed on the property. Shortly after that the host told us there would be showings to potential buyers. We messaged her that we'd prefer to not have showings while we resided at the property. She ignored our requests. Most importantly we were never advised this home would be for sale. If that were so we would have rented another vacation property. Her irresponsible behavior diminished the quality of our stay. We are both seniors with some health issues and needed and expected to have some privacy. We did not receive that and unfortunately our vacation turned into an invasion.

I/we are NOT the owner of the property but the host. The home went up sale and you were notified by the listing agents colleague as you were friends with him (per the listing agent) For the two weeks you stayed there was only 3 showings each 15 minutes (per the agent) spread out over your stay. You consented to these showings. I did reach out to vrbo before the showings took place and I was told to get your consent for which we did. There was never anything said to you per myself or my cohost disrespectful or inappropriate. My cohost rven came over to the house (per your request twice) to help you with the TV set because you were having trouble and couldn’t figure out how to use it. I did get a report from the listing agent though that you said some nasty and inappropriate comments to an agent and her buyers which is totally unacceptable. Because of your behavior at this (and being not tolerable for us to do yard maintenance) we would not rent/host you again. I/we apologize you felt the need value this beautiful and quiet property at a two and seems a bit extreme.

I did not stay at the property as the "host" cancelled our reservation kicking out myself, girlfriend, teenage daughter, 4 year old, and 110 pound dog (approved prior to booking) in the pouring rain 2 hours into it based on a miscommunication on the check in time. The host said the cleaning lady would leave the property open when done so we stopped by 35 minutes early and checked in based on nobody being at the property.The host was belligerent to my family specifically in front of my 4 year old daughter and gave me no opportunity to resolve the minor miscommunication. She and another man proceeded to scream, swear, and call the police on us as I was attempting to launch our boat after unpacking. Even the police officer couldn't believe what was happening. It was probably the most embarrassing and unprofessional experience I've ever endured and I never once raised my voice nor had any verbal communication with the host.She kicked out my entire family on a booking I paid for 6 months in advance as my daughter was participating in a National Tournament so there was no lodging in the area available especially with a dog and boat. I ended up having to drive 3 hours back to our home at 1:30 AM only to drive my teenage daughter back up to the area at 4 AM. Luckily we found another rental property 40 minutes away where we had a pleasant stay the rest of the week.My family and I are frequent VRBO guests and have never had any issues with a host prior.
