The location of house is perfect for walking over to beach! Owner had great communication when I had any questions. House was beautiful and had anything we needed!

Awesome.

The house was clean and in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach. The host were very quick to answer any questions i had prior to our trip. Will definitly stay there again!!

We had a really nice stay. Easy to find and gorgeous property. The mentoned narrow stairs were a bit snug but we managed. Bed is comfortable and we really used the kitchen, the downstairs room and laundry facilities.Thank you Carol Sue for all the extra care and chatting.

Gulf and marsh

We loved sitting on the porch and seeing both the gulf and a beautiful marsh next to the intracoastal waterway. It was a great location for nearby birding sites, the beach and restaurants. The house is beautiful, quiet, very clean and comfortable and in a new and very nice development. Comfy beds, lush towels, spacious baths and cozy living areas. We really enjoyed our stay.

Birdwatchers paradise

Our family was very comfortable in this home. Would recommend getting a golf cart as the beach is a couple blocks away across a busy highway, but for me and my teenage daughters, it was no problem. Beaches were great but lots of seashells

Nice, relaxing beach stay

We stayed 4 days and this was perfect. We had 4 adults and a 3-year-old. It was perfect for us. I think if we had stayed longer, it would have felt cramped, but for a short stay and so much outdoor living space it was a perfect fit. Everything was a pictured. The pool and playground is perfect for kids. It was so nice to take a short walk and be at the beach. We loved it.

We really loved the setup, design and location of the house. The owners were really helpful and responsive with any issues or questions we had. One of the only houses in that community with the larger front deck, nice pool in the community and just a 5 min walk from the beach. and

Great house, great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a great location for birders, right down the road from Rolover Pass and within 20 minutes or less to Smith-Oaks and Boy Scout Woods Bird Sanctuarys or Boliver Flats. There is also good birding from the deck with shorebirds, whistling ducks, scissor-tailed flycatcher and common nighthawks flying overhead.The house was very comfortable and well maintained. Decent pans, nice silverware and good knives make eating and cooking much more . Big comfy modular couch, 3 large screen TVs, 2 beds and 2 baths plus a loft means plenty of room . A nice deck with a high wooden table and tall chairs were a nice place to eat breakfast and watch the birds fly by .
