This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen and living room and Master bedroom. 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10. Floor plan includes Master bedroom with Master bathroom, queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, one queen/queen bunk and one twin/twin bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. All beds are made for you. Sheets and linens provided at no charge. Huge deck overlooking the Gulf with plenty of seating. Back deck off the Master bedroom overlooks the inter coastal canal. Picnic table, 1 table and seating for 16 below the house plus a bar. Golf cart access to the beach. WIFI included with 50" Roku television in living room and a tv in the Master bedroom.

The house itself was perfectly clean and comfortable. The view was perfect! And even with an event happening nearby the beach wasn’t crowded. The host was very responsive and friendly! I would absolutely recommend this rental !

This year the weather didn't cooperate, this made the house shine that much more! I can't say enough about the amazing views, incredible hospitality, and perfect location! Consistently the nicest place I've stayed on the island! We will see you in October!

This may be the most beautiful house on the Peninsula. Extremely clean, beautiful open living space, huge deck to see the stars and watch the waves.

Wonderful, peaceful location right on the beach. You can hear the ocean at night and see far in the distance the ships' lights as they wait to move into the port. We have stayed at many properties on the Bolivar Peninsula and this is one of our favorite properties. Basic supplies are provided but no condiments, so bring your own sugar, salt and pepper, etc. I believe this helps to avoid ants (sugar) and because salt and pepper clump in the humidity. These are also available at The Big Store further down Highway 87. You can also get charcoal for the grill there. Everything, including appliances, dishes, utensils, and bedding, was clean and in great shape. AC worked perfectly. Our host, Margene, was very responsive and accommodating. Will book again in future.

Special place, we created many wonderful memories here. Such an amazinf view off the deck, direct access to beach. Host was very responsive to a minor issue. Gives me a lot of trust any problem would be taken care of quickly and correctly. House was clean, a little skimpy on soap and other supplies, but nothing thats a serious issue. Kitchen was stocked very serviceably.Absolutely would stay again in a heartbeat.

We spent many hours sitting on the deck listening to the waves. The sunrises from the deck were amazing. The house and host were awesome. Will definitely be back to this location next year.

We have been staying in this beach house for a couple of years for our anniversary. This year was no exception-it’s cozy, it has great views, it is secluded this week of the year….we have always had a great stay here and this year was no different. Already planning our trip to come back next year

Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium, moved back to Nebraska and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
