Great hosts! Excellent location for our trip! Everyone had their own room and plenty of space to enjoy our family vacation. Access to the house was simple. TV was easily accessible - a must for my family! Thank you for such a nice stay!

This home is very clean and spacious. It has everything you need. Nicely decorated. However, the master bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Also, for some reason, we could not turn down the volume on the master bedroom TV. Other than these 2 things, we really enjoyed the house.

Our week-long stay was good. It would have been great had we known there was a tenant staying on the property as well. We were not made aware of this until 2 days before check-in (past refund date).

West Palm Beach Getaway

We were visiting WPB for the first time; Enjoyed the unit, good proximity to the activities we were there to experience: Baseball spring training, beaches, restaurants - all were easy to reach from this location. Unit was clean, very quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious rooms and updated kitchen.

Very nicely updated house in a convenient location. Big rooms and lots of space. I didn’t realise there were 2 dining rooms! Very nicely decorated too!

The neighborhood is nice however the 2nd night we were there when we returned to the house we found large bugs crawling in the kitchen. We immediately took pictures and sent messages to the host with no response. We took care of the bugs ourselves. The 3rd night when we returned from our activities same thing we found large bugs which looked like cockroaches crawling in the kitchen. Again took pictures and sent another message to the host. No response. We took care of the bugs ourselves. Our last day the day for us to check out I sent a message through Vrbo along with the pictures per their request and they contacted the host. At that time Vrbo was told the host had been offline and the bugs were only water bugs but they would have someone come out that day after we would already be gone to spray and that we would be reimbursed for the whole stay. Vrbo stated they would follow up. When Vrbo followed up about an hour later in regards to the refund we had not received it yet so they again contacted the host and then put it on a 3 way call to conclude they didn’t actually want to give a full refund. It ended they agreed to give 30% of the total stay. They also stated they have a tenant who stays in the attached part of the house on the weekends only and shares part of the driveway however they were there the entire time we were there which was Sunday-Wednesday.

Close to everything

The home is laid out well with room to spread out. Multiple bathrooms, convenient for families. Old Florida” neighborhood, may not be for everyone but located close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. check in and out was seamless and host is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

This home was very nice and well kept. It was great to have a bathroom for each guest. The bathrooms could use some upgrades but they were fine. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect for traveling to town and to the beach. We were here from PA visiting our daughter who moved here last year. We will be back.

Booked the Villa to be on hand to attend brother’s silver anniversary and was happy that it was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. My kiddos and other siblings attending were able to have our clothes and makeup person attend to us at the Villa due to its closeness to downtown and roadways. Only issue causing me to take away a star was a driveway hiccup and rudeness not of the hosts though. They promptly communicated with us though and smoothed things perception wise so I would definitely use again. Thanks Ingrid for having a great home away from home for our family

First of all let me state the house on a scale of 1-10 was an 8, it could have used a little work. Secondly the house (kitchen, bathrooms, linens, etc.) was well equipped. All in all had we not experienced issues that we had not been informed of prior to our arrival rating would be different. When we arrived the host informed us that she had a renter staying at the house in an attached studio apartment and only be there during the weekend. Host also stated her tenant would only use the left side of the driveway. We arrived on Wednesday 2/18 and the tenant was there. The tenant was there every day until we left on Thursday 3/26 which was not just of the weekend. Also the driveway situation made it difficult for us to get in and out of the driveway, had I had a larger vehicle like Suburban I would have had to park the street. Furthermore the tenant had three children and you could hear them talking and yelling through the walls. They were also up at 6:00 AM every weekday making noise and which you could hear through the walls and running around the backyard. This was totally unacceptable and a blatant lie by the host that they would only be there on the weekends and that she had just rented the apartment as I searched the previous reviews and many people experienced the same issue as we did. There were also many issues with the house that there is not enough space to address here. My advice is rent elsewhere as this host is a liar and scammer.
