Great location that was convenient to all the North Shore spots we wanted to visit. The condo is clean and was perfect for our stay. Sandy communicated well with us and was a pleasure to deal with. Mahalo!

Directions to the property were excellent. Great location! Very good in all the appliances needed and even beach things like chairs, sun shade umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards!

The apartment was great! Reserved parking space right outside the apartment was a real perk! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was convenient and appreciated! Snorkel equipment and having A/C was a plus.

Best condo in Sandpiper !!!

We hit the jackpot with this condo !!!My hubby and I have stayed in Princeville 8x and this place is one of the best.Very accurate description, it has everything you will need here. The AC unit was much appreciated and hopefully this place will be available again for our annual Waterripper trip to Kauai next summer. Thank you Sandi !!

The place was everything we needed. It was really clean, had extra touches such as complimentary shampoo, body wash, and all the beach gear you could ever need: chairs umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards. The location was great for us since we wanted to be near haena Park and still we drove to the southern and western parts of the island probably took at most 2 hours if that. But hanalei is 10 minutes and has shops and restaurants and coffee places and a beautiful beach. This place was a great location and we walked to hideaway beach from the place to snorkel in the mornings. The porch has an amazing view of the mountains in the background. It was nice to have our own designated parking spot. A couple minutes away is another shopping area with a grocery store. The place is surrounded by neighborhoods that we walked around and ran in and was very peaceful.

A piece of paradise

This property was absolutely perfect for us! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the island. The beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and umbrella made the beach days fun. The comfortable king sized bed, clean bathroom, completely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and family room with games made us feel at home. The air conditioning kept us cool inside, while the lanai allowed us to enjoy the incredible plants, trees, and mountains with waterfalls in Kauai. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay! We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next trip!

Lovely and well maintained unit and we would definitely stay again! Plenty of beach and pool accessories for use available. Plush comfortable bed, nice kitchen, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Excellent communication from the host. There’s a bit of noise from the road right behind the unit but we didn’t find it too bothersome. A short walk to events at the Princeville Center and the Makai golf club, so we appreciated the location as well!
