Large 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with excellent location just 15 minute walk down to the beach next to the One Hotel and 15 minute drive down to Hanalei Bay. Unit is beautifully furnished and kitchen is very well stocked with ample cooking utensils, new applianes, lots of pots and pans, beautiful dishes and everything we needed. The patio looks out to the well manicured grounds with a view of the ocean. The living room is large and very comfortable. We've stayed at many complexes in Princeville over the years and this was clearly one of the best.

This was a lovely, comfortable condo for the two of us. It was magical to sit on the patio, have coffee, and watch the scenery each morning. We were sad to leave!

The inside of the property was clean and well stocked. (Except there was no toaster). The view was amazing! The owners did a great job of putting together a notebook of things to do and places to go! Much appreciated! The property managers were prompt about sending info about checking and out. They also responded right away. The property was under a lot of construction. Had to jockey around dumpster of debris from stair cases eyebrows and roofs. The out side of the property was very dated(rusty in need of paint and Lani was not clean and smelled of mildew Property owner told us they were going to be working on the stairs but it was a little whole llot more going on.

Perfect condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The location was great, close to Hideaway’s beach, which was one of our favorites, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. The condo in itself was very clean, comfy bed, and we loved that it was well stocked! It was nice having all the beach things we would need for our stay as well! I would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice Princeville condo

Spacious and clean. Nice morning view with the ocean in the background. Only downside is the AC, which is only in the bedroom and very loud.

Peaceful beauty in perfect location

Peaceful, private, comfortable, 
 the lanai looks out on beautiful landscaping & the golf course beyond. Easy walk on Emmalani grounds to the bluff for sunsets. Albatross are nesting in a grove of palm trees nearby. Ten minute walk to Pua Poa beach (safe swim/snorkel) - path to the left at 1 Hotel Hanalei. Path down to Hideaways (we don’t swim there). Very well equipped kitchen. All great amenities. Lots of beautiful walks.

We loved this condo! We met family from California who rented another condo in the community and had a fabulous vacation! We would definitely love to stay here again! My only surprise was that there wasn’t a TV in the master bedroom (we often watch tv at night - so the quiet took some getting used to).

We chose Emmalani Court because of its unique Hawaiian charm, and close proximity to the best beaches on Kauai. It boasts a short 10 minute walk and hike to Hideaway Beach, for snorkeling, and a 10 minute drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay, a crescent shaped, white, sandy beach, best known for its calm summer waters, perfect for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, and the best nightly sunsets on the island. Queen's Bath is a short distance away and is one of the most unique hikes and experience on the island -- a perfect location for spotting sea turtles.

Or, take a 0.6 mile walk to the famous Queen's Bath hike.
