Enjoy your vacation in this newly renovated, large, comfortable condo located next to Disney World in Windsor Hills Resort!

Windsor Hills is a private, gated community with a large beautiful heated pool, 2 great water slides, a water play area and a hot tub. The clubhouse includes a fitness room, movie theatre, pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a convenience shop. There is a recreational area with basketball courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, golf putting green and BBQ/picnic center. There are also 2 large playgrounds on the property. All amenities are free for guests.

Our condo has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 6. Our goal is to provide a comfortable home base for your Florida vacation adventure. So we have just changed out all the old flooring, refreshed the walls, replaced all the bedroom and living room furniture and carpets, replaced the bathroom vanities and toilets, and begun on the kitchen. We hope you enjoy the new fresh look and feel.

The condo is perfectly placed, as close as you would want to be to the clubhouse and pool, yet tucked away enough to avoid the bustle and noise of the pool. Between the condo door and the pool/clubhouse area, there are no streets to cross. You will be a minute's walk from the pool, waterpark and clubhouse.

Our condo is located on the 1st floor. This makes it easy to unload upon arrival or after a long day at the parks and no hauling luggage or groceries up stairs or waiting on elevators. Ample parking is available just outside the front breezeway.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. (Sleeps 2)
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, 43" smart TV. (Sleeps 2)
3rd Bedroom: single-over-full bunkbed, 32" smart TV. (sleeps 2)
Living Room: Sectional with a 55" smart TV
Free high-speed wi-fi and cable tv.
Also a newly installed doorbell video unit.
Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc.
Washer and Dryer in unit at no extra cost.
A port-a-crib, high chair and umbrella stroller are available for your use.
Easy access to the walking path to the pool and clubhouse - only a minute's walk.

Beautiful place!

This place was awesome. Check in was super easy, the pool was beautiful and plenty big for a bunch of people. The kids really liked the water slide! The only thing that I could say bad is that there were a lot of fruit flies, other than that our stay was really great and we definitely will visit again!

Overall this was a great place! The amenities were great and close to everything we needed. We were there for D2 Summit Cheer competition and it was close enough drive to where we needed to go daily. The resort amenities were great as well!

Excellent!

Our stay at the Sunshine Tree Condo was excellent. I loved being on the main floor of the building and not always having to go up and down stairs. It was clean, a great size and had everything we needed. Mike and Tara were great communicators and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Condo!

We had a brilliant stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean and very spacious. It was perfect for our family of 4, however it would fit more than 4 people. My 7 year old daughter loved the room with the bunk beds and the Mickey mouse teddy kept her company! All appliances and cooking utensils were provided, the mickey pancake maker was brilliant! The porch was nice and there was plenty of parking, the amenities at the resort were great which we had full access to, the kids loved the pool and slides and the cafe/shop and games room were great. Location was also within commuting distance to Walt Disney World and all attractions plus the Walmart just down the road was super handy! I would highly recommend Sunshine Tree Condo for a stay in Orlando 🙂

Short get away

Clean, comfortable, first floor condo, close to pool. Well stocked, hardwood floors, although could have used rugs in the bathroom. Everything else was great! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place and we would stay there again!

Great

Thank you for a great stay. Our teens used the hot tub 1 night, but the rest of our trip it was cold so we didn't use the pool. The resort is nice, safe and clean. We would for sure look at staying here again.

Cleanless and Location

We loved the location. Close to everything. It was very satisfying to get to and from the parks in around 12 minutes! The pool area and resort activities are very nice too. No doubt we would come back.

Great Condo

Our family recently stayed at Sunshine Tree condo and had a lovely time. The condo was very clean. We did most of our meals in the condo and were happy to find all the cooking essentials we needed in the kitchen. We went to the pool daily and were happy with the short walk to the clubhouse/pool. Tara and Mike were great at getting back to us when we had questions.

Spring Getaway

The location of the property is in close proximity to Disney, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was close to the pool. The Hosts were responsive,friendly and made the whole process easy. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice clean condo near Disney World

The condo was in a secure village and the condo had been updated nicely. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was so close to Disney World. The owners were very communicative with us. We would stay here again. The unit had enough beds for all adults or for kids with a bunk area.

Great location & Resort Amenities!

Beautifully upgraded

We’ve stayed at this resort many times and most condos are pretty much the same. Mike and Tara have made many upgrades and have decorated the condo beautifully. Check in was easy and being on the first floor was awesome! They checked on us to make sure we were all good and answered a question I had quickly. As a side note they have two children’s weighted blankets in the closet that I thought was so thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hosts/great location

Beautifully furnished and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Unlike many vrbo rentals that are often not the nicest as far as furnishings and comfort, this rental was beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and beds and a tv in every room. The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to any emails or questions sent to them. The comfort of the home, the location in a gated community with easy access to DIsney was so great I can only give it a full 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This property was easy to find and in a perfect location. Our favorite part was the pool/water park. The only thing I would change is the firmness of the beds......a little too firm for my liking.

Memorial Day Stay 2023

We enjoyed the nice location and beautiful setup in the home. My kids enjoyed the pool, food bar, game room and the DJ. It was very spacious for my family of 5 and very convenient location with a lot of food places, stores, and etc. We will be staying again

Great condo!

It was a great place to stay! The pool was a very short walk. The guards at the gate really checked to make sure you were suppose to be there. Which made us feel safe. Everything was great!

Great Location

We booked for a cheer competition/ Disney and had a great time. The condo had all the kitchen essentials and we were also given a welcome pack to get the vacation off to a great start. The gate to the complex has security 24/7 and the amenities are amazing. The 2 water slides were a huge hit with the kids.
