Villa Bougainvillea - Sandy Bank Bay Vacation Home St. Kitts

Villa Bougainvillea is conveniently located within the gated beachfront community of Sandy Bank Bay, within Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts' famed Southeast Peninsula. The front of the villa opens to the spacious entertaining area which includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with center island with seating, a living room with sofa seating and a dining area. Double sliding doors open to the private pool and deck area with 4 sun loungers and a covered seating area perfect for a relaxing getaway.

On the lower level of the home there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds and 1 ensuite bedroom with 2 queen beds.  A further guest bedroom master suite is located on the upper level of the villa with its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.  All bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms.   The upper level of the villa features a second veranda area with seating. The pool area which is located off the living area of the villa via the sliding glass doors is private to the villa and features a large deck area with sun loungers as well as a covered area with additional seating for relaxing. A half/pool bathroom is located off the patio area whilst also having access from the main house.   A gas BBQ is provided on the pool deck for your convenience.
The villa benefits from full central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans. 

Laundry facilities are available in the villa and feature a washer and dryer

Children are welcome at this villa and there is a portable playpen/crib and a high chair available. 

For larger gatherings, our sister villa, Villa Hibiscus is located opposite side and offers a further 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with sleeping for an additional 10 persons.  The design of both villas is similar and both are just a minutes walk from each other.

The villa is in located in the Sandy Bank Neighborhood Enclave, which is conveniently just a 5-minute walk away from Sandy Bank Beach and the Christophe Harbour Pavilion Beach Club.

Within the Sandy Bank Bay Neighborhood Enclave you will find the exclusive Christophe Harbour Pavilion Beach Club, which guests may request and pay for guest passes, subject to availability. Other nearby beaches to explore are include Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Majors Bay and South Friar's Bay - the home of the famous Shipwreck Bar and Grill.

Frigate Bay and Basseterre are also within easy reach by car and our sister island of Nevis can easily be accessed by sea taxi from Cockleshell Bay.

Each villa which has its own designated parking area for two normal sized vehicles, any additional parking would needed to be the permission of Christopher Harbour, either street parking or on undeveloped land.

We recommend renting a car as you likely find yourself driving to destinations between the peninsula and Frigate Bay. You can easily take a taxi from the airport and to most places, though if you are going to be getting around a lot then you may want to rent a car as the cost of taxis can add up very quickly on island. Several of the popular bars and restaurants are on the Southeast Peninsula where the villa is located. Others are in Frigate Bay which is about a 15 minute drive.
