Situé au coin de la 4e et de San Jacinto, cette chambre 3/2 salle de bain condo est entièrement meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour incroyable dans la capitale de la musique du monde.

Situé à un pâté de maisons de l'Austin Convention Center, à deux rues de la célèbre 6th Street et du quartier de Warehouse, et une poignée de blocs de toutes les autres attractions du centre-ville, y compris des centaines de restaurants, cinémas, bars, discothèques, salons et salles de concerts , l'emplacement ne peut pas être battu. La marche du lac de la ville / piste de jogging est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons, il ya un studio de yoga juste en face de la rue, Starbucks est de 200 pieds de la porte d'entrée, et des arrangements peuvent être fait pour une adhésion temporaire de gym deux pâtés de maisons au cours de votre visite, si on le désire.

The place was clean and had all that we needed for our long weekend in Austin. The location was wonderful as we could walk to many sites as well as clubs and restaurants. Great to have a parking spot. The only negatives: The online parking registration is annoying to do each day; other tenants tended to leave the front gate to the complex unlocked; and because one has to keep the window blinds shut to avoid people peaking into the apartment, the place feels dark like a basement apartment.

We had a conference in the Austin Convention Center. This location was just steps away. We were also walking or a scooter ride away from great food, entertainment, and shopping.

Great for weekend stay

Booked this spot for one night for a birthday downtown. The space was clean and perfect for our group of 4 with two of us sharing a bed. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were great, super comfortable!! It is a first floor place so you do hear people walking up the stairs. But it was nothing too bad especially if your party is also getting in after a night out downtown. The only “complaint” would be the keyless lock was a little tricky to use, but I was able to reach out to Ryan through the app and got a quick response. Would book again.

Nice condo unit, very convenient

This unit worked very well for a team from my company to work a trade show at the Austin Convention Center. Handy walking distance to after hours venues. My only gripe is I couldn’t get a return call from the property manager prior to arrival. What’s up with that? Bad form, guys.

I apologize if we missed your call early on the morning of your arrival, but we were not even in the office yet. Set up for groups who won't spend any time at the property

The condo was clean and located within easy walking distance of 6th Street and Rainey Street. We thought this is what we wanted when we booked the property. Unfortunately, Austin has significantly deteriorated. There are homeless everywhere, and we immediately took our shoes off upon entering the condo knowing we had to have walked through urine at some point during our sightseeing. The kitchen isn't really set up for people to actually eating there. We had brought our own breakfast food to make, and there was was pan and few utensils. No salt and pepper or anything that would imply they expect people to actually use the kitchen. Also, the property is on the first floor on the corner between two streets. While that was mentioned in the description, I didn't fully register that meant we would never want to open the curtains unless we wanted to be on display to all the passersby. Thankfully, they have good blinds and curtains to maintain privacy. We actually ended up leaving a day early. This was more a result of a disappointing experience in Austin than because of the property itself.

We stayed there for a conference and the property worked great. We hosted meetings and it was very easy for business partners to walk to/from the Convention Center. Property is in great shape and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is as great! Being on the ground level was quite loud.

Location is close to everything an quick walk or Uber to most destinations. It is a ground floor unit on street so can be loud at all hours. We had the unfortunate experience of having a loud group directly above us that came every night around 3am and were very loud. Floors and walls are thin. The layout of the unit was great and had everything we needed for a couples weekend.

We had multiple issues with the property from the time we checked in (one of the toilets in disrepair, none of the three tv's worked, no batteries in tv remotes, 'security' gate to building didn't close, chipped cabinets that wouldn't close). In spite of three separate phone calls and an email outlining the issues, we never heard back from the property management or owner - and we were there for three nights. In addition to ZERO customer service, this property is a corner unit on the first floor of the building - meaning that you will deal with street/pedestrian noise all night long (sidewalk conversations might as well be in the bedroom with you).

This guest struggled to follow basic instructions, and these issues were not even mentioned. Further, upon inspection, the TVs work fine, the batteries work fine, and the gate works fine. I’m sorry this guest was obviously unhappy, but this seems ridiculous.

Good location, room for 6, lots of traffic and people noise with first floor location on a corner of 2 busy streets. Vintage record player with selection of records but no needle in player so could not use. Searched for a book describing unit and departure procedures but did not find one. That would be helpful for future guests.

Location worked quite well. Crazy fire alarm experience.

This unit is a short walk to the 6th Street, Rainey Street, the Congress Street Bridge, and to several good restaurants. It's a fairly quiet building, has a small pool across the street in a different building, in general has nice amenities. Strangely, we were abruptly woken up at 8:00 a.m. one morning by a monthly fire alarm test being conducted throughout the building. It lasted for over an hour with a high pitched, priercing alarm going off every minute or so! It was a super obnoxious time to schedule a monthly fire alarm test for those vacationing in the unit.

Hi Diane, I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed everything about the property itself, and it's great location to night life and restaurants etc.. I apologize for the alarm issue. This wasn't a monthly test we individually decided to have, but an annual mandatory test for the whole complex per the Austin Fire Dept in order to stay up to code. We do our best to communicate with our guests as soon as we hear of such things which is very rare. I apologize for the inconvenience and would like to make it up to you on your next stay. Thank you.

Location is perfect! Right next to 6th and downtown.

We booked this room for 8 people, 3 couples in the bedrooms and one couple on the provided air mattress. The accommodations were great and we had a great weekend being able to walk to brunch, 6th, and anything we did around downtown Austin. Comes with its own parking spot which is very convenient. No complaints, would definitely stay here again!

Great location but noisy

The location was great, however, the neighbors and gates were very noisy. Two of the bedrooms are located at one of the access gates and people did not close them lightly so you can be woken up easily. Other than that, the condo was very functional.

So much fun!

We had a great time at this place! Ryan was super helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The location is perfect, we barely did any driving. The only downside about this location is that you have to pay for parking either at the hotel across the street ($27 overnight, or in the street which only lets you park for a maximum of 3 hours), which is more of an Austin issue. But Ryan was so accommodating and even though it was last minute, was able to find us additional parking at the rental. I would totally recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful Condo! Great Downtown Location! Secure! On site Parking! Convenient to Convention Center, 6th Street, Restaurants, & Grocery Store! Walked to Capital via Congress Street. Beautiful run beside the water! Excellent Communication by Owner & Team. Description by owner is spot on! Beds were comfortable. Large dining table was great to sit around & enjoy wine, food & friends. My girlfriends were very happy with my choice of accommodations for our Downtown Austin Getaway! We never turned on one of the three TV's. We would definitely stay here again! More room & bang for your buck as compared to area hotels.

Excellent overall experience

Great Place in Great Location

Great Location in downtown Austin. The unit is just as beautiful as the photos. Ryan was great to work with. Check in was easy. Everything was well supplied. Beds were comfortable. I would only caution people to expect allot of noise. This unit is on the ground level and at street level. So you will hear people talking as they walk by the unit. Double paned windows would help this out. We will definitely stay here each time we come to Austin.

Nice place, Great Location

Very nice condo. Close to everything you need. All the little things were there: towels, bedding, kitchenware. Would definitely stay here again. Never found the pool in this small complex, but it was cold anyway.

I have to say that the location automatically makes me look good, but I do try to put personal touches in the space that make a stay at my condo much more fun and interesting than what you might experience at a nearby hotel.

I have been in Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. As a registered travel agent, I am able to work while I enjoy tours and activities in places like the London, Paris, Rome, New York, San Francisco, and Hawaii, to name a few.

I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests.

If you are interested in hosting an even larger group, please note that I own and manage a large number of units in the same building complex, as well as some nearby houses. I am happy to host large groups for weddings, convention center trade shows, and other events in Austin.
