It was great! Having access to a garage was preferable since there isn’t a lot of parking otherwise. Furniture was comfortable and everything was clean.

We were in Austin for granddaughters UT graduation and the property provided a great location for the long weekend stay as a 6-week old baby was a part of our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and the condo was close enough but not too close the Austin activities.The Marina was located across the street. Nice area for a morning or evening walk.The shared elevator was a little funky and we used it sparingly.

The unit was nice. The lights in one of the guest rooms didn’t work well so it was very dark. Ended up grabbing a lamp from another room. Only 1 hair dryer for a 3 bedroom condo made it difficult to get ready for the day so would recommend you bring your own. The location and views were great. Not a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Great value for the money.

The booking process and the communication was good. Unfortunately everything else was terrible. Lots of things broken (range, dryer, lights, faucets, etc). The property was also had mildew and mold. First day we were there I asked they change all vents because they were filled with mold (which they did). But as we stayed we found mold and mildew throughout the property. Had to get two HEPA filters to feel comfortable. The up keep and general maintenance of the property has been neglected for years. Tiles were coming off the wall, all the cabinet doors were sticking to the cabinets, etc).I would not rent from this property until property is check for mold and general maintenance done.
