Welcome to our beautiful home in Golden Hill! Our spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 1260 square feet of living space is the perfect choice for your next getaway. With its open floor plan and convenient location close to downtown and major freeways, you'll have easy access to all that San Diego has to offer.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for meals and gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you'll need.

The three bedrooms in this home are tastefully decorated and designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom features cozy queen-size bed as well as another en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin over twin trundle for extra accommodations.

We are conveniently located in the Golden Hill neighborhood, known for its historic charm and proximity to downtown San Diego. You'll be just a short drive or Uber ride away from popular attractions such as the Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Plus, with easy access to major freeways, you can easily explore other parts of the city and beyond. You will also have access to one free driveway parking space. The garage is currently off limits for storage.

During your stay, you'll have access to amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide fresh linens, towels, and toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
