This property was convenient to so much and easy access to the highway. Food Market was just a few blocks away and places to eat within walking distance, 1 -2 blocks.

My family and I had a great time and were very happy with the condo and location. Spacious and modern with a nice view from the balcony. Our vacation was planned around visit to sea world. The location is perfect with walking distance of great restaurants, coffee and few miles from seaworld. I enjoyed the details of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with a modern spacious kitchen. Great stay! The townhouse was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Convenient location in a nice, quiet neighborhood - easy to get to the airport and places to visit. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place is even better than the pictures. It is clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It is located in an ideal location that is central to all the main activities. We were quite comfortable and appreciated the tea, coffee and extra blankets. I will definitely stay here again.

We live in PL so we were excited to be able to stay in a place that was walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and breakfast options. Charlie was always quick to respond.

We enjoyed our stay here. Attended a wedding at the San Diego Yaught Club, so this location was great for sightseeing and for the wedding. Very clean and nice to have a garage for our car. Excellent response from Owner with my questions.

Everyone in our group loved our stay at Charlie’s property! It was just as described, large, clean & comfortable for our party of 8! I had a few questions prior to check-in & Charlie was very prompt in replying & extremely accommodating - 10/10 host! Check in was a breeze, just a combo lock so we were able to access the unit immediately upon arrival. We were visiting my daughter who attends college in Point Loma & she requested some home cooked meals & we did have to borrow some items from her dorm (a spatula & whisk) as there were not many kitchen utensils. Just something to keep in mind if you are planning on making some meals while there. There was a knife block, some wooden utensils, a couple of pots & a pan though, so we had most items. While it was mildly inconvenient, every other aspect was above & beyond so it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. There was an electric kettle which was handy, as well as a little air fryer. Everyone in our party thought the beds were comfortable and slept well - including my mother who is very picky - & it was so nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom! We all really enjoyed the large balcony as well. We had a large sedan and a van, so we couldn’t fit two cars in the garage, but having additional parking available just behind the unit was so handy, & parking was never an issue. Overall a phenomenal stay & my husband stated, ‘I really like this place & hope it’s available next time we visit.’ That’s high praise from him!

True to listing description. Great location and walking distance to good eats. Host provided fully stocked kitchen from wine glasses to children’s dinnerware. Close to the airport so you will hear planes. Could use darker drapes/curtains, Thanks, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, a few restaurants within walking distance and 7-11. House was clean and had great view. You can see Sea World fireworks every night. Garage fits two compact cars. Host made check in easy. My only suggestion would be to add blinds or curtains to the large balcony doors.

Very pleased family

Our family arrived for our first family vacation with a toddler and our VRBO host was absolutely the best. Charlie was the best host, he always answered any questions I had before we arrived in San Diego and his home and the views are beautiful. The location of the home was so close to everything we wanted to do. The zoo, Sea World, Mission beach and the airport were all a relatively short drive. We’re already planning another trip to San Diego and when we do, Charlie’s home is the only place we’ll stay. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone one looking for a place to stay in San Diego. Charlie- thank you for being a top tier host.

Property was very accommodating with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kitchen and living area was very spacious. Close walking distance to a few good restaurants, an ice cream shop, and convenience store. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating!

The home was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. Lots of stairs, so if you have kids or elderly, it’s a little difficult, but it was perfect for our girls trip. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. We would absolutely stay here again
