Located on the outskirts of Downtown Lexington, our condo is in a desirable area right off of Richmond Road.

Lexington's Artistic Bunker is an amazing hip condo in the desirable Bell Court location close to downtown.

Note, we have very little little NATRUAL Light in this unit.

Where the bourbon and artists brush runs free, is where you will find this unique Condo. Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable downtown unit. With ample amounts of storage, eclectic décor, and industrial aesthetic, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by original art and the convenience's of Downtown Lexington.

Guests are easily able to walk to A Cup of Commonwealth & Carson's. This Condo features 1 Queen Bed, 1 full Sofa Bed & 1 Full bathroom. Even though this condo is a little more than 500sqft, the open ceilings make this unit appear much larger.

This unit features polished concrete floors, hand painted murals, 2 Roku T.V.'s, and wireless internet.

Offering guests a full kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, living/entertainment space, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. There is one assigned parking spot on property.

Lexington is well-served by Uber and Lyft and a car is usually around 3 minutes away. Guests can walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. However, the best way to get around our city is by car or Uber/Lyft

Quaint and quiet

Stayed here for a chemo visit at a local hospital for my hubby. Very close to hospital. The property is quaint, quiet, and funky. Enjoyed our stay, parking is excellent. It is tucked away in a cool neighborhood that is remarkably quiet. We loved the mural, the open concept, and the industrial feel. The unit has a TV in the living room and the bedroom- that's a definite plus. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved our stay; just the atmosphere we needed. Thank you!

Labor Day weekend

An absolutely lovely place to stay. We chose it for etc. location to Lexington because we had family in Nicholasville Harrodsburg Brian station Tates Creek Richmond Road and this was easy to get back to no matter where we went. Nice property nice parking lot well lit everything you would need for a stay.

Nice place and good location

The place was nice and the location was good, Unfortunately communication could be better. I had to message the host the night before check in to ask for the instructions for checking in because i hadn’t received any thing and they responded by saying that they will send that information closer to check in. ??? I was so confused did they mean the day of? They ended up sending it a few hours later at 2:00am! I also never received check-out instructions and there was Wet bedding left in the washer that smelled like it had been sitting there for a while. Overall the place was nice but much smaller than i anticipated.

Check in went downhill

The code to unlock the key was incorrect. We were stuck outside the rental for over 1 hour trying to connect with the owner and customer service. Was a frustrating and sloppy check in.

It was a cool place. Very modern.easy process! Person living in condo next door must have a big dog that likes to bark at anything at anytime. Other than that it is nice and was comfortable!
