What an awesome place to stay!! The cottage was perfect, clean, stocked with anything you may need and the owners are greatBeing able to stay and visit a few horses right outside the door is great!

Great location for getting to all the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Loved being around the horses and feeding them peppermints. Pet friendly and our little rescue dog got to meet his first horse friend on this trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend. The cottage is perfectly situated for UK (we came down for our daughter's graduation) as well as Keeneland and other Lexington attractions. It's quiet and very restful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning sunshine and strolling around the property to see the horses. The cottage is cosy and beautifully decorated and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

This place was well described, comfortable, extremely clean and centrally located for what we were doing in and around Lexington. Small but totally adequate for two, maybe two and a small child. The host was friendly and helpful, their dog was also friendly. And we got to meet and give the horses treats too - bonus! We would definitely consider staying here again. The one suggestion I would have for the host would be to add a picture of the entrance gate on the post too. We had the right address but weren’t sure when we saw the gate as it was mentioned but not shown in the posting pictures. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage in Lexington. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host met me when I arrived and was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cozy Friendly Guest house

Beautiful working horse farm is a lovely, convenient place to stay. With hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable hosts we had a wonderful visit in Lexington. We would definitely plan to stay there again and keep a pocket full of peppermint for the horses.

It is as advertised. The cabin was ideal for a couple. The location is good, easy to get down town as well the farms on the perimeter. We enjoyed a bourbon in afternoon on the porch watching the horses in the pasture. The barn puppy was great to play with. We spent a very relaxing and comfortable week at the cottage. We recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet peaceful stay.

Unique quaint place

Awesome as usual!

If you are looking for a low key, clean, well stocked, quiet place to stay then look no further. If you want to look out the back window and see horses grazing in the pasture as the sun comes up this is your place. We have stayed here twice and both times we have been so happy and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are doing all the horsey stuff in the area. It truly doesn’t get any better than that! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything I could have hoped for

Pictures don’t do it justice. The home was perfect! The hosts were kind, accessible, and clearly thought through everything anyone could possibly need. I cannot recommend it enough. I hope to return in the near future.
